The Bose ControlSpace EX-440C signal processor is an open-architecture digital conferencing matrix router with 4 analog Mic/Line inputs and 4 analog outputs. It supports DANTE with 16 input/output channels and features 8-channel Acoustic Echo Cancelling (AEC), routable to the DANTE channels as well. Its features include automatic mic mixing, multiband graphic and parametric equalizers, as well as AGC, duckers, gates, compressors, and delays.

The Bose AmpLink interface via RJ-45 (CAT5) sends up to 4 audio channels to compatible Bose amplifiers. The unit features a single-line VOIP port with SIP 2.0-Compliant support, an analog RJ11 (tx/rx) PSTN telephone port, and an independent web interface for IT control. Control, routing, and configuration are managed through the ControlSpace® Designer application.
