Its installation was done by the company's crew, on the rooftop, within 1 1/2 hours. The materials were brought up to the rooftop of a two-story building by the company's crew, who also removed the materials of the old solar system that was replaced. Needless to say, they didn't leave them somewhere in the house, but took them with them, leaving the area clean. The solar system, a few hours after installation, had warm water with very weak sunlight. Along with the installation, they gave us (as a gift) the materials for the first service after two years. The written warranty that accompanied the product is 10 years for the boiler and 15 years for the collector. Of course, a prerequisite for it to be valid is to have the services done every two years. So, the first impression from the installation crew and the solar system is excellent. We still have to see the reliability over time and its performance during winter with snow, as our rooftop gets a lot of it.
P.S. The comments refer to the replacement of the entire old solar system with a corresponding one from the company, not just the boiler.
I will come back after two weeks of use (of the solar system, not just the boiler), to say that the solar system provides hot water even with clouds and minimal sunlight. The choice and purchase of it were an excellent move.

The insulation of this product is much better than the Advance Glass I had before. The water stays warm for a much longer time in the boiler. And it comes out almost as hot as our electric one. With an outside temperature of 4 degrees Celsius and the electric one in the attic at 14 degrees. For now (January 2022) with just one month of use, it seems like a decent product. I hope it is as reliable as it appears.
