    Wasted money. Incredibly unreliable air conditioner brand. I bought 2, one 18,000 BTU and one 9,000 BTU, three years ago from a large air conditioning store. In the second year, the 18,000 BTU unit was leaking water from the right edge while cooling... it was found that the plastic was broken... 100 euros for repair... On the 9,000 BTU unit, almost all the plastic parts broke and the technician doesn't touch the plastic parts at all because they will fall apart... THAT'S IT..

    I bought two identical air conditioners (12000 and 9000 btu). Installed in a space of 28 sqm and 12 sqm respectively.

    Purchased for 369 euros with free installation. The cooling is very good, within 5 minutes the room had cooled down. I haven't tried the heating yet due to summer, so I can't express an opinion. One negative thing I noticed is that when I pressed the button to close it from the remote control, the air conditioner continued to work for 5-10 seconds and then slowly shut down, making some strange noises (not loud). I don't know if I did something wrong. In terms of noise, it's neither silent nor noisy. Of course, at medium fan speed, it's the sweet spot between cooling and noise, so it's relatively quiet. I will come back if I find something else about the air conditioner. I believe it is a good economical solution for a 9,000 BTU air conditioner for a room.

    Wasted money. Incredibly unreliable air conditioner brand. I bought 2, one 18,000 BTU and one 9,000 BTU, three years ago from a large air conditioning store. In the second year, the 18,000 BTU unit was leaking water from the right edge while cooling... it was found that the plastic was broken... 100 euros for repair... On the 9,000 BTU unit, almost all the plastic parts broke and the technician doesn't touch the plastic parts at all because they will fall apart... THAT'S IT..

    Purchased for 369 euros with free installation. The cooling is very good, within 5 minutes the room had cooled down. I haven't tried the heating yet due to summer, so I can't express an opinion. One negative thing I noticed is that when I pressed the button to close it from the remote control, the air conditioner continued to work for 5-10 seconds and then slowly shut down, making some strange noises (not loud). I don't know if I did something wrong. In terms of noise, it's neither silent nor noisy. Of course, at medium fan speed, it's the sweet spot between cooling and noise, so it's relatively quiet. I will come back if I find something else about the air conditioner. I believe it is a good economical solution for a 9,000 BTU air conditioner for a room.
