I bought this mobile phone in January 2014, it is my first smartphone and I did a lot of research before purchasing it. I do not regret my choice for a moment, especially when comparing it to other Android phones that cost the same or even more.
When I got the Lumia 620, it had Windows Phone 8, now it has 8.1 and it will even get the 10. Don't be fooled by its specifications that may not seem impressive, they are more than enough for the Microsoft operating system, which is truly "smooth".
I believe the Here Maps are the best ones available, the camera is very good and the phone is truly lag-free. It's difficult to find something similar in Android. Throughout this time, I only encountered one problem with the device, which I took to Nokia Care and in 10 days I had it back without paying anything since it was under warranty.
As for the negatives, the store is one of them. No matter what they say, it still can't compare to the app store or Google Play. The basic apps are there, but you will definitely find yourself searching for something and not finding it if you had previous experience with Android or iOS. Another negative is the mediocre to poor battery life, it's difficult to make it last a day if you use it heavily. If you use it lightly, you can make it last two days. Finally, I would have liked a larger screen, but that is very subjective.
If I could spend a lot of money, I might avoid Windows Phone, but for someone who wants to spend around 100 euros, there is no better choice in the market.
Αγόρασα το εν λόγω κινητό τον Ιανουάριο του 2014, είναι το πρώτο μου smartphone και έκανα πολύ καλή έρευνα αγοράς τότε. Δε μετανιώνω ούτε στιγμή την επιλογή, ειδικά όταν χειρίζομαι android κινητά με τα ίδια ή και περισσότερα χρήματα.
Όταν πήρα το lumia 620 φορούσε τα Windows Phone 8, τωρα έχει τα 8.1 και θα πάρει ακόμα και τα 10. Μη σας παραπλανούν τα χαρακτηριστικά του που δε γεμίζουν το μάτι, φτάνουν και περισσεύουν για το λειτουργικό της Microsoft το οποίο είναι ''αέρινο'' πραγματικά.
Οι Here Maps πιστεύω είναι οι καλύτεροι που υπάρχουν, η κάμερα του είναι πολύ καλή και το τηλέφωνο είναι πραγματικά lag free. Δύσκολο να βρεις κάτι παρόμοιο σε android. Όλον αυτό τον καιρό αντιμετώπισα μόνο ένα πρόβλημα με τη συσκευή όπου και το πήγα σε Nokia Care και σε 10 μέρες το είχα πίσω χωρίς να πληρώσω κάτι αφού ήταν εντός εγγύησης.
Στα αρνητικά του είναι το store που ό,τι και να λένε ακόμα δε συγκρίνεται με το app store ή του Google Play, οι πολύ βασικές εφαρμογές υπάρχουν αλλά σίγουρα θα σας τύχει να ψάχνετε κάτι και να μην το βρίσκετε αν είχατε προηγούμενη εμπειρία από android ή ios. Άλλο αρνητικό είναι η μέτρια προς κακή του μπαταρία, δύσκολα θα βγάλετε μέρα αν το χειρίζεστε όλη μέρα με βαριά χρήση. Αν του κάνετε ελαφρά χρήση θα βγάλετε και δύο μέρες. Τέλος, θα ήθελα να είχε μεγαλύτερη οθόνη αλλά αυτό είναι πολύ υποκειμενικό.
Αν μπορούσα να ξοδέψω πολλά λεφτά ενδεχομένως να απέφευγα τα WP αλλά για κάποιον που θέλει να ξοδέψει περί τα 100e δεν υπάρχει καλύτερη επιλογή στην αγορά.
