    I had bought a nano series 9. 75' and without much use for two and something years, meaning just after the warranty expired, it burned the panel. I went to the dealership and generally wherever I asked, they told me that it is a common phenomenon and generally it didn't surprise them and they told me to simply throw it away!!!! Okay, I had no complaint about the image but it's a shame to spend 2200€ for two years of throwing away. I mean, a five-year or seven-year lifespan is okay, but in two years with minimal use, it's tragic. I don't know what other brands do, whether they break or not, but I won't touch LG again

    After several conversations with the company, the WiFi of the television has been changed and currently it is functioning properly. The service representatives were excellent, but the call center kept trying to convince me that the router was to blame and not the television. I am leaving the following for the record.

    Regardless of how good the television is, buyers should be warned that LG TVs cannot connect to networks with two frequencies (2.4G and 5G... meaning almost all networks), so you have to contact your internet provider and ask them to disable one frequency. Therefore, your choice is between fast internet with limited range (if you keep 5G) or worse internet with greater range (if you keep 2.4G).

    I had bought a nano series 9. 75' and without much use for two and something years, meaning just after the warranty expired, it burned the panel. I went to the dealership and generally wherever I asked, they told me that it is a common phenomenon and generally it didn't surprise them and they told me to simply throw it away!!!! Okay, I had no complaint about the image but it's a shame to spend 2200€ for two years of throwing away. I mean, a five-year or seven-year lifespan is okay, but in two years with minimal use, it's tragic. I don't know what other brands do, whether they break or not, but I won't touch LG again

    UPDATE:
    After several conversations with the company, the WiFi of the television has been changed and currently it is functioning properly. The service representatives were excellent, but the call center kept trying to convince me that the router was to blame and not the television. I am leaving the following for the record.

    A television that disrupts your home internet...

    Regardless of how good the television is, buyers should be warned that LG TVs cannot connect to networks with two frequencies (2.4G and 5G... meaning almost all networks), so you have to contact your internet provider and ask them to disable one frequency. Therefore, your choice is between fast internet with limited range (if you keep 5G) or worse internet with greater range (if you keep 2.4G).
