Είναι γενόσημη - δεν έχει μάρκα. Παράγεται για λογαριασμό πολλών εταιρειών. Ακόμα και η Singer την "κυκλοφορούσε" στο παρελθόν ως Singer PIXIE και Singer QUIKFIX. Άρα λογικά μπορεί να επισκευαστεί (με χρέωση) σε κατάστημα SINGER
