    I bought the freezer on 18/2/22. The freezer's temperature is adjusted externally with a rotating disk that goes from the maximum to the minimum temperature inside. Unfortunately, the room temperature did not decrease accordingly to the position of the disk. While in the range between 0 and 180 degrees it decreased from 0 to -14 degrees, in the range between 180 and 200 degrees it decreased abruptly from -14 to -23 degrees, making it difficult to choose the desired temperature in the room. After a strong dialogue with the dealership, which claimed that this was normal and did not want to change the thermostat, they finally sent a technician who replaced the freezer's thermostat, so the problem was almost resolved.

    On the floor of the freezer's interior, the food is placed directly on the insulation without any rigid metal grid above it for protection. Because of this, when placing frozen items, even with a half-full freezer, distortions and indentations are created on the floor, which in my opinion will eventually damage the insulation.
