I bought it during the coronavirus and online the largest size (26) and obviously I didn't check it until I received it. Externally it had some scratches and the store told me to contact Cristel in France. After countless attempts, I have to say that they didn't pay me any attention, they did nothing for the defective product worth 200 euros and a company is also evaluated by its after-sales service. So 0 for that. As for the product, good quality, no seams, ideal for low temperatures...what you expect from a pot of this price.
Πήρα επί κορονοιου και μέσω διαδικτύου το μεγαλύτερο μέγεθος (26) και προφανώς δεν το έλεγξα παρά μόνο όταν το παρέλαβα. Εξωτερικά είχε κάποιες γρατσουνιές και το κατάστημα μου είπε να επικοινωνήσω με τη κριστελ στη Γαλλία. Μετά από άπειρες προσπαθειες, έχω να πω πως δε μου έδωσαν καμία σημασία, δεν έκαναν τίποτα για το ελαττωματικό προϊόν των 200 ευρώ και μια εταιρεία αξιολογείται και από το after sales service. 0 λοιπόν για αυτό. Όσον αφορά το προϊόν ,καλή ποιότητα, χωρίς ραφές, ιδανικά για χαμηλή θερμοκρασία...ο,τι περιμένεις από μια κατσαρόλα αυτής της τιμής.
