It is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant agent and also supports joints and bones.

It is recommended to combine turmeric with BioPerine (pepper extract), which is the substance that improves the absorption of curcumin by 2000%.

Without this substance, most of the curcumin simply passes through the digestive tract.
