    I have been buying the same brand at the same price for many years because it is simply the best. Philips decided to change the machine and supposedly upgrade it. However, this upgraded version remains cheap but DOES NOT CUT. It is unacceptable to have to pass over the same spot ten times on my nose and ears to achieve what the old Philips did in one pass. It's a waste of money. Why did you guys replace a perfect machine with this torture?

It also has an angle that helps with eyebrows. With the 5000, it gets into your eye if you use it for eyebrows.

I would have been better off buying a simple one for 5 euros instead of spending 25, thinking that the name Philips would make a difference.
