    As a liquid, it is of high quality. The taste for me was not what I expected, as I was anticipating the classic lemon slush flavor. It resembles more of a limoncello, the natural scent and taste of the lemon peel rather than the juice. If this is what you are looking for, it is very high quality and worth it. (Note: it needs to mature for at least 5-7 days, don't even think about it earlier, it is very bitter.)
