1.5 years later, it is stuck on fast cool and fast freeze and freezes everything top and bottom. I left it for 2 days to defrost and again the same old thing.

I've made mistakes with purchases before, but I've never made a blunder like this one. Without any exaggeration, it's the worst purchase I've made so far. I could overlook many things (noise, no temperature indication, control buttons inside the fridge), but I can't get past the fact that it doesn't do the basics. The fridge doesn't cool. Today is August 25th with an indoor room temperature of 26 degrees, and the fridge has been on fast freezing since yesterday, with a freezer temperature of -6 and cooling at 6, with about 60-70% fullness in its compartments. Stay away from this cabinet, it might work as a wine cooler.

We have had it for about 2 years, a technician has come twice and the refrigerator still loses temperature, especially when it is hot outside and it "bangs". It has defrosted the freezer more than 10 times and in the summer, with the temperature set at 2 degrees, it reaches 9 degrees, which makes me worried about food consumption, especially with children.... unacceptable. It does make noise, just like ours, but if it was functioning properly and not wasting food, I wouldn't mind.

I have had it since July 2023 and I am very satisfied. I got it by exchanging my old refrigerator. It has a very large capacity both in cooling and freezing, it is quiet and the quality of materials is good. It cleans relatively easily!

I replaced a refrigerator-freezer of the same brand that worked for 19 years and had stopped being no frost; it needed defrosting 3 to 4 times a year. This one is beautiful, it's big, it's very big with huge spaces, very good and quality construction. It makes noise, but not what other users write. It cools very well and quickly. Mine was set to maximum temperatures of 2 and -24°C, I changed it to 6 and -20 which is more than enough. At €636, you won't find such quality and such a large refrigerator in another brand, and this particular one has very good appliances at fair prices. I have all the electrical appliances from this brand and I am very satisfied.
Update a year later.
Eventually, I also experienced ice in the freezer; at first, I didn't pay attention, but after the freezer filled with ice, I called service, they came, checked it, and changed the board. Now everything is fine.

Μόλις σήμερα παρέλαβα από πλαίσιο ηράκλειο Κρήτης 1η εικόνα πολύ γερή κ ποιοτική κατασκευή 2η εικόνα το έβαλα στην πρίζα ήταν είδη ρυθμισμένο στο -18 κ στους 4 η συντήρηση .η αλήθεια είναι ότι τρόμαξα από τα σχόλια που διάβασα για το συγκεκριμένο ψυγείο με τον θόρυβο τού το έχω σε ενιαίο χώρο δεν ακούγεται καθόλου.. απορώ με μερικούς που γράφουν τόσο αρνητικά σχόλια για το συγκεκριμένο ψυγείο..απλά είναι τέλειο σε όλα τού πάρα πολύ τίμιο στην τιμή του...μην φοβηθείτε να το αγοράσετε. ..

Bought it here four months ago and I have already spoken three times with customer service and still waiting for a technician to come for the second time within a month and a half, same problem, maintenance and cooling not working properly on all shelves. It is a disgrace for the company to sell such a piece of junk product. I don't know if all their refrigerators are like this now.
The noise it makes is unbearable. It's almost to the point where you need earplugs. They claim it's 37db, let's say 40. But we measured it together with the technician and it was 65-67db!
I dare not leave the door open for more than 5 seconds because I'm afraid it might start moving and dizzy me. All this with the temperature setting at the highest levels... I didn't dare to put it on the lowest levels because the motor would work non-stop.

I gave away a refrigerator from the 80s for recycling and its noise was below 30db! It was as if it didn't exist. And now they sell me this piece of junk as new technology.
If this is the new technology, it's better to start going back to the old one!
I hope they take it back because I want to throw it off the balcony and smash it into pieces.

I was so scared with what I heard about the noise.. however, the fridge is fine with minimal noise, as quiet as our previous relatively quiet one, and it cools very well!! I do not regret it

I don't know how they measure the dB, but the refrigerator makes noise, not something crazy, but definitely it won't satisfy demanding people. It's decent for the money I paid!

It was purchased for 350 with the program, quite a quality similar to the LG that I recently bought, quiet and sturdy, with beautiful lighting. I wonder about the negative comments, long-term use will show

It worked for 1 month, suddenly stopped, technician came and changed the board, everything was fine. 1 month later, the refrigerator starts leaking again. First time I didn't read comments on the product and I regret it. The noise... forget it, I thought it would go away... Money wasted. Conclusion after 2 months

The door is crooked, as the rubber around it does not have the same openings at the top and bottom. I have been waiting for a response from customer service since the beginning

Nice quality, plenty of space, noise level is tolerable. Now, the others I read who are talking about tractors and trucks probably have fallen into a defective one

Stay away from this tractor, it's like having a truck in your kitchen with such noise it makes. Also, its construction is very cheap, like fake sheet metal. Every time you touch it, you have to clean it because it fills up with the smallest fingerprints, have a cloth ready next to it.

2nd day and I'm crying from the noise that the motor makes when it's working. Normally, I would give it only one star just for this reason, but I am ambitious. The spaces are very good. I will come back for evaluation of cooling and maintenance

It has good build quality, meaning very good storage space and very good cooling. I will only focus on the noise, I have had it for a week, I have an open plan kitchen living room with a small passage separating it. I have it freestanding, not built-in. The noise is very annoying though, I can't watch TV in the living room, even in the bedrooms now in the summer when we leave the doors open, the kids can't sleep! I measured it and it emits over 50 dcb, I reported the issue to the company and the next day a technician came, he told me that there is no issue and that's how it works! I will move it to the balcony, for God's sake.

It was purchased at the end of November 2021 on Black Friday! We haven't even finished paying the installments and it broke! We have it in a spare room and during Easter when we needed it, it didn't do its job and many food items even spoiled before we realized it wasn't working. Although it appeared to be working, it didn't freeze either the cooling or the freezing. We called the technician and he told us it's the motor. We requested a replacement for the refrigerator and neither Whirlpool nor the store from which it was purchased will change it. It is unacceptable for the "heart" of the refrigerator to break in such a short period of time and with minimal usage and not be replaced!

The mechanism makes a little noise when it works, but this does not happen often nor is it at an annoying level (although this is subjective). It has large spaces and very good ergonomics, comfortably fitting bulky objects and cooling exceptionally well. We still need to see its reliability.

I bought the refrigerator in June 2021 for €620. It is large and spacious with relatively low noise. However, the door has a noticeable dent. The company's response is that it is indeed a "factory defect" but not covered by the warranty. The conclusions are up to you. Personally, I will never buy Whirlpool again.

I received it on 12/01/2022 for €560. It seems well-built. It cools well. I measured with a good thermometer and the temperatures are as it shows. The spaces are quite good. The only downside is the noise. It is not at all 40 dB as it claims. It measures around 52 to 55 dB. Since I have a separate kitchen, it doesn't bother me that much.

The freezer leaks water and produces ice. It was replaced after about 3 months, after a lot of hassle. One technician after another came and brought me another one, but it has the same problem. I'm still waiting... They told me it might be a software issue... We'll see... I bought it for 650€

After a month of use, I am changing my initial positive review. The freezer is freezing ice and I have found the ice melted twice. Additionally, I am having difficulty with communicating with customer service.
