The hose was not positioned straight, resulting in leaving water lines and not cleaning well.

Very poor quality. It imports exactly the same and another company in Greece. I bought both, on the first day they broke within an hour of use. The cloth came off and the handle broke. And both are exactly the same since they are made from the same factory.

When I took it out of the box, the rubber was completely bent and it didn't clean.
