I was afraid to spend this money on speakers and not be satisfied. I wanted to complete my setup in my office, in a small room. My criteria were very clear sound, rich sound, and enjoyable music and video playback! I don't regret it at all! I find them perfect, even visually! I believe the brand is underrated because it is Chinese, but I can only say positive things about these speakers. They are bang for the buck! I should add that the bass didn't bother me in near field to mid field, despite some comments saying it is a bit light. I'm not a bass head, but I understand that it would be more complete and perfect sound if you connect a small sub! However, the sound is crispy clear with perfect instrument separation and fullness! It has a perfect sound signature in my ears! I hope I helped
