after a year of operation and something, we realized that there are 2 problems:
a. there is no thermostat. I find it hard to believe that an air-conditioner in 2025 does not stop automatically when the room reaches the set temperature, but this is what happens in our case. from the manual I cannot conclude whether it has a thermostat or not, but I repeat, it's 2025.
b. the horizontal grille is useless, the mechanism never worked, resulting in one side of the room not being cooled/heated, which fortunately is small.

α.δεν υπαρχει θερμοστατης. αδυνατω να πιστεψω οτι air-condition το 2025 δεν σταματαει αυτοματα οταν το δωματιο πιάσει τη θερμοκρασια που αναγραφει αλλα αυτο συμβαίνει στην περιπτωση μας. απο το manual δεν μπορω να βγαλω συμπέρασμα αν διαθετει θερμοστάτη ή οχι, αλλα ξαναλεω εχουμε 2025.
β. η οριζοντια γρυλια ειναι αχρηστη, ο μηχανισμος δε λειτουργησε ποτέ με αποτελεσμα να μην ψύχεται/ζεσταίνεται η μια πλευρα του δωματιου που ευτυχως είναι μικρο.
I messed up, I got the nine model at the end of December, installation on January 5th and it still hasn't worked. During the installation, it kept blowing fuses, a technician from the dealership came after 8 days. After searching for 2 hours, he said the boards were faulty. Την πάτησα, πήρα το εννιάρι τέλος Δεκέμβρη, εγκατάσταση 5 Γενάρη και ακόμα δεν έχει δουλέψει. Με την εγκατάσταση έριχνε ασφάλεια, ήρθε τεχνικός από αντιπροσωπεία μετά από 8 μέρες. αφού 2 ώρες το έψαχνε, λέει πλακέτες μέσα έξω. 5 Φλεβάρη!!! έρχονται οι πλακέτες, δεν ρίχνει ασφάλεια αλλά και αέρα γιοκ....Φεύγει ο τεχνικός και εγώ πάλι στα τηλέφωνα....Στέλνω email στην Tesla για παράπονα, ούτε στον κόπο να απαντήσουν δεν μπήκαν.Ο θεός είναι μεγάλος...Μην κάνετε το λάθος, τόσες επώνυμες μάρκες υπάρχουν για λίγα παραπάνω χρήματα. 12.000 btu. Εξαιρετικά αθόρυβο πολυ γρήγορο στο να δροσίζει και να ζεσταίνει διαμέρισμα δυάρι 57 τ.μ. με μέτρια μόνωση .Λόγο οτι είναι inverter έχει πολυ χαμηλή κατανάλωση !!! Την ημέρα που το αγόρασα μπήκα στην σελίδα της Tesla και εστειλα προσωπικό μυνημα να με βοηθήσουν να καταχωρίσω την αγορά για να μπει η 10ετη εγγύηση !!!Μου έστειλαν σελίδα καταχωρίσεις πήγα οπως μου έλεγαν τα βήματα και σε 2 λεπτά ήταν όλα κομπλέ και έστειλαν email οτι μπήκε η εγγύηση . Θα δίνω ένα 10€ τον χρόνο στον τεχνικό της εταιρείας για το ετήσιο τσεκάρισμα και όλα απλα και καλα . Σίγουρα VFM !!!

Tesla suffers in technical support if anything arises (I experienced this with a Tesla I bought two years ago and requested service, which I received after two months). The machines are generally decent, but there is room for improvement as a company.
Η Tesla πάσχει σε τεχνική υποστηριξη εάν προκύψει οτιδήποτε (το έχω βιώσει σε Tesla που αγόρασα προ διετίας και ζητησα σέρβις και το έλαβα μετά από δυο μήνες). Τα μηχανήματα γενικότερα είναι τίμια , χωράνε βελτίωση ως εταιρεία.
Purchased for cooling use only. In a room of about 14 square meters, it performs very well and cools the room in a few minutes. Very economical in electricity consumption as well. The biggest advantage for me is how quiet it is. The outdoor unit is hardly audible compared to a Sendo that I have.
The only thing left to see is its longevity and the service support.
**WARNING** To be eligible for the 10-year warranty, it must be registered on Tesla's website and the necessary maintenance must be performed every year. Also, request a receipt from the technician when the maintenance is done.

Αγοράστηκε για χρήση ψύξης και μόνο. Σε δωμάτιο περίπου 14 τ.μ αποδίδει πάρα πολύ καλά και ψύχει το δωμάτιο σε λίγα λεπτά. Πολύ οικονομικό και στην κατανάλωση ρεύματος. Το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα για εμένα το πόσο αθόρυβο είναι. Η εξωτερική μονάδα δεν ακούγεται καν σε σχέση με ένα Sendo που έχω.
Το μόνο που μένει να δούμε είναι η μακροζωία του και ή εξυπηρέτηση του σέρβις.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ** Για να ισχύει η 10έτη εγγύηση θα πρέπει να δηλωθεί στην ιστοσελίδα της Tesla και να γίνεται η απαραίτητη συντήρηση κάθε χρόνο. Επίσης να ζητάτε αποδεικτικό από τον τεχνικό όταν γίνεται η συντήρηση.
Θα επανέλθω αν αλλάξει κάτι. Προς το παρόν είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος με την συσκευή.

Very beautiful air conditioner at a good price with a 10-year warranty from the manufacturer. The unit is quite silent. It was installed in a room of about 18-20 square meters and it heats it satisfactorily and quickly. το έχω για ψύξη και θέρμανση σε ενιαίο χώρο 40τμ. Στους 26 βαθμους το χειμώνα κάνει παπάδες. Δεν είναι τελείως αθόρυβο αλλά αποδίδει πολύ καλά. Επίσης στη ψύξη έχει πολύ καλά αποτέλεσματα. η εξωτερική μονάδα είναι αρκετά αθόρυβη επίσης. προσοχή έχω τοποθετήσει την εξωτερική μονάδα στο πάτωμα καθώς ενημερώθηκα ότι μπορεί να κάνει συντονισμό σε τοίχο.

Purchase of TESLA TT26EX21-0932IA air conditioner. The product contained the wrong remote control. This particular one did not have the heating function (heat), nor enough secondary functions. Additionally, the air conditioner displays the temperature in Fahrenheit and the manual does not describe anything about it. In my communication, I was informed that they did not have another one and they referred me to the authorized service (another company), which is still awaiting a response from TESLA. Eventually, the store assisted me and sent me another remote control. As for the Fahrenheit degrees, nothing yet. After intense winter use, the machine performs very well and has a very low noise level (with installation on the external anti-vibration unit).
Αγορά κλιματιστικού TESLA TT26EX21-0932IA. Το προϊόν περιείχε λάθος τηλεχειριστήριο. Το συγκεκριμένο δεν είχε καν λειτουργία (heat) θέρμανσης, φυσικά ούτε και αρκετές δευτερεύουσες. Επίσης το κλιματιστικό δείχνει την θερμοκρασία σε βαθμούς Fahrenheit και στο manual δε περιγράφει κάτι. Σε επικοινωνία μου ανέφεραν ότι δεν διέθεταν αλλο και με παρέπεμψαν στο εξουσιοδοτημένο σέρβις (άλλη εταιρεία), το οποίο περιμένει ακόμα απάντηση από την TESLA . Τελικά με εξυπηρέτησε το κατάστημα και μου έστειλε άλλο χειριστήριο. Για τους βαθμούς Fahrenheit τίποτα ακόμα.
Μετά από έντονη χειμερινή χρήση το μηχάνημα αποδίδει πολύ καλά και έχει πολύ χαμηλή στάθμη θορύβου (με τοποθέτηση στην εξωτερική μονάδα αντικραδασμικων).
I would never buy it again .. completely bad choice .. even though it is supposed to have a thermostat, it never stops, resulting in us freezing or overheating .. when we got it, we had a newborn baby at home .. the technicians have come three times, fixed the thermostat, but still nothing .. the last time we asked for a replacement, they said they would take it back in two minutes and they never called us .. their service is unacceptable .. I wouldn't say the same for the 12,000 BTU, but my opinion of the 9,000 is the worst ..
Δεν θα ξανά έπαιρνα ποτέ ..τελείως κακή επιλογή ..ενώ υποτίθεται ότι έχει θερμοστάτη δεν σταματάει ποτέ με αποτέλεσμα να παγώνουμε η να σκάμε.. τότε που το πήραμε ειχαμε και νεογέννητο στο σπιτι ..έχουν έρθει οι τεχνικοί τρεις φορές έχουν φτιάξει το θερμοστάτη αλλά και πάλι τίποτα ..τη τελευταία φορά ζητήσαμε αντικατάσταση μας είπανε θα μας πάρουνε σε δυο λεπτά πίσω και δεν μας καλέσανε ποτέ..απαράδεκτο το service τους ..δεν θα έλεγα τα ίδια για το 12.000BTU αλλά η άποψη μου με το 9000 ειναι η χειρότερη ..

Δωμάτιο 8 τετρ/κα, φουλ μόνωση! το έχω τρία χρόνια, στην ψύξη απλά σκίζει (εντελώς αθόρυβη λειτουργία ειδικά στο eco), στην θέρμανση αργεί να πάρει μπροστά( όταν έχει πολύ κρύο έξω+5,) αυτό είναι το μόνο μείον. Είναι αρκετά αξιόπιστο όμως για τα λεφτά του!

Bought an air conditioner 12000 bt in September 2022. Installed it in the living room with moderate insulation. Installation was done by a friend who recommended this brand as good. The truth is that it works very well for cooling, with moderate noise and quite powerful, although it only worked for September. The disappointment came when I needed to use it for heating. It worked for two months and suddenly the air started to become lukewarm. After a visit from my refrigeration friend, he told me that the machine is fine and unfortunately, these air conditioners lose their efficiency in very cold temperatures. Utter disappointment. The irony is that in the bedroom, I have a 12-year-old unit that works perfectly in both hot and cold weather. The reason I give it two stars is only for the cold function, which temporarily saves the situation, and we'll see if it can also handle the summer without breaking down.
Αγορά κλιματιστικού 12000 bt Σεπτέμβριος 2022. Τοποθέτηση σε σαλόνι με μέτρια μόνωση. Τοποθέτηση από φίλο που μου πρότεινε αυτή τη μάρκα ως καλή. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι στην ψύξη είναι πάρα πολύ καλό μέτριος θόρυβος και αρκετά δυνατό αν και δούλεψε μόνο για το Σεπτέμβριο. Η απογοήτευση ήρθε όταν χρειάστηκε να το βάλω στη θέρμανση. Δούλεψε για δύο μήνες και εντελώς ξαφνικά ο αέρας άρχισε να γίνεται χλιαρος. Κατόπιν επίσκεψης του ψυκτικού φίλου μου μου είπε το μηχάνημα είναι μία χαρά και ότι δυστυχώς ότι στα πολύ κρύα τα air-condition αυτά χάνουν την απόδοσή τους. Σκέτη απογοήτευση. Η ειρωνεία είναι ότι στο υπνοδωμάτιο έχω ένα 12άρι 17 χρονών το οποίο και στη ζέστη και στο κρύο πυροβολαει. Ο λόγος που του βάζω δύο Αστέρια είναι μόνο για το κρύο που σώνει λίγο την κατάσταση προσωρινά και για αυτό θα δούμε εάν θα βγάλει και το καλοκαίρι χωρίς να χαλάσει.
It is affordable, provides good cooling (I haven't tried heating yet), but it is very noisy. You can hear the refrigerants during the first hour and occasionally there are cracking sounds, probably due to expansion. It's difficult to sleep without earplugs. I can't say that I am satisfied. Ακούγονται τα ψυκτικά υγρά την πρώτη ώρα και ανά διάστημα ακούγονται σπασίματα λόγω συστολής φαντάζομαι. Για να κοιμηθείς δύσκολα χωρίς ωτοασπίδες. Δεν μπορώ να πω πως είμαι ευχαριστημένος. Πάντως είναι πράγματι οικονομικό στην ψύξη και κρατάει την θερμοκρασία σταθερή στο δωμάτιο. Εγώ πάντως δεν θα το έπαιρνα ξανά.

Η οθόνη πάνω στην εσωτερική μονάδα δείχνει την θερμοκρασία που ορίζεις από το τηλεχειριστήριο. Να το έχετε σε λειτουργία ECO οπωσδήποτε που προσαρμόζει ανάλογα τις συνθήκες.

Κοιμάμαι την νύχτα και το έχω συνεχώς να λειτουργεί, το πρωί που σηκώνεσαι δεν εχεις πονοκέφαλο. Όσον αφορά το θόρυβο είναι σχετικό εγώ που έχω θέμα με τον ύπνο δεν με ενοχλεί ο θορυβος. Θα επανέλθω το χειμώνα ώστε να δοκιμάσω και την θέρμανση. Αν αποφασίσω να αλλάξω τα άλλα δύο κλιματιστικά θα βάλω Τέσλα είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος απ' τ μέχρι στιγμής αποτελέσμα.

Αγόρασα 3 το καλοκαίρι του 21. Συγκεκριμενα 2 /12άρια και 1 /9άρι. Αθόρυβα αποδοτικά στη ψύξη και στη ζέστη. Θερμοκρασία που κατεβάζει στη ψύξη φτάνει έως και 4c. Στη θέρμανση κοντά στους 50 +. 10 χρόνια εγγυηση. Ο ανεμιστήρας είναι πολύ δυνατός. Πολύ καλό κλιματιστικό.
I got it for the third bedroom. Way better than the toyotomi hiro that I have in the other rooms.

Tesla TT34EX21-1232IA, (12,000btu), was installed yesterday, 2-8-21, and was tested for a few hours, so my observations are based on the first impression. It is indeed very quiet and the remote control is easy to use with a nice illuminated screen in orange color. The negative thing I noticed so far is that the blinds for horizontal air distribution do not work with the remote control. There is a button, the selection is visible, but they are actually fixed. I didn't have a ladder to climb up and try to move them manually... I hope they can be moved... Other than that, I am satisfied and I hope to continue being so! The technician spoke highly of the model, though.

Είναι πάρα πολύ αθόρυβο όντως και το χειριστήριο είναι εύκολο με ωραία φωτιζόμενη οθόνη με πορτοκαλί χρώμα. Το αρνητικό που εντόπισα μέχρι στιγμής, είναι πως ΔΕΝ λειτουργουν οι περσίδες για οριζόντια ανακατανομή του αέρα με το χειριστήριο. Υπάρχει κανονικά κουμπι, φαίνεται η επιλογή, αλλά είναι σταθερές τελικά. Δεν είχα σκάλα να ανέβω, για να δοκιμάσω αν μπορώ να τις κουνήσω χειροκίνητα...Ελπίζω να κουνιούνται...Κατά τα άλλα, ευχαριστημένη και ελπίζω να συνεχίσω να είμαι! ο τεχνικός είπε τα καλύτερα πάντως για το μοντέλο.

after a year of operation and something, we realized that there are 2 problems:
a. there is no thermostat. I find it hard to believe that an air-conditioner in 2025 does not stop automatically when the room reaches the set temperature, but this is what happens in our case. from the manual I cannot conclude whether it has a thermostat or not, but I repeat, it's 2025.
b. the horizontal grille is useless, the mechanism never worked, resulting in one side of the room not being cooled/heated, which fortunately is small.

I messed up, I got the nine model at the end of December, installation on January 5th and it still hasn't worked. During the installation, it kept blowing fuses, a technician from the dealership came after 8 days. After searching for 2 hours, he said the boards were faulty. On February 5th!!! the boards arrive, it doesn't blow fuses anymore but there's no air... The technician leaves and I'm back on the phone.... I send an email to Tesla to complain, they didn't even bother to reply. God is great... Don't make the mistake, there are so many reputable brands for a little more money. Σκέφτομαι τα πάρω το 9αρι για θέρμανση σε δύο υπνοδωμάτια περ 40τμ μαζί. Είναι καλή η θέρμανση του;
20τμ.το καθε δωμάτιο; Μάλλον θα χρειαστείτε 12000btu. Μιλήστε με εναν μηχανικό ή έστω με το μαγαζί που θα το πάρετε. Αν εννοείται ένα κλιματιστικό 9000btu για 40τμ τότε αυτο είναι αδύνατο. Αν είναι ενιαίος χώρος τότε θέλετε μάλλον 18000btu (εξαρτάται από την μόνωση, τον γεωγραφικό διαμέρισμα, τον προσανατολισμό).
Δουλέυει το ECO το TURBO και το i-follow? Έχει ή παίρνει adaptor για Wifi?

12,000 BTU. Extremely quiet, very fast at cooling and heating a two-room apartment of 57 sq.m. with moderate insulation. Because it is an inverter, it has very low consumption!!! On the day I bought it, I went to Tesla's website and sent a personal message asking for help to register the purchase for the 10-year warranty!!! They sent me a registration page, I followed the steps as they told me, and in 2 minutes everything was complete, and they sent an email confirming that the warranty was registered. I will pay €10 a year to the company's technician for the annual check-up, and everything is simple and good. Definitely VFM!!!

12.000 btu. Εξαιρετικά αθόρυβο πολυ γρήγορο στο να δροσίζει και να ζεσταίνει διαμέρισμα δυάρι 57 τ.μ. με μέτρια μόνωση .Λόγο οτι είναι inverter έχει πολυ χαμηλή κατανάλωση !!! Την ημέρα που το αγόρασα μπήκα στην σελίδα της Tesla και εστειλα προσωπικό μυνημα να με βοηθήσουν να καταχωρίσω την αγορά για να μπει η 10ετη εγγύηση !!!Μου έστειλαν σελίδα καταχωρίσεις πήγα οπως μου έλεγαν τα βήματα και σε 2 λεπτά ήταν όλα κομπλέ και έστειλαν email οτι μπήκε η εγγύηση . Θα δίνω ένα 10€ τον χρόνο στον τεχνικό της εταιρείας για το ετήσιο τσεκάρισμα και όλα απλα και καλα . Σίγουρα VFM !!!

Η τεχνική υποστήριξη έρχεται σαν κούτση χελώνα από την Κίνα. Στη ψύξη είναι μέτριο στη θέρμανση κάτω του μετρίου.
Tesla suffers in technical support if anything arises (I experienced this with a Tesla I bought two years ago and requested service, which I received after two months). The machines are generally decent, but there is room for improvement as a company.
Η Tesla πάσχει σε τεχνική υποστηριξη εάν προκύψει οτιδήποτε (το έχω βιώσει σε Tesla που αγόρασα προ διετίας και ζητησα σέρβις και το έλαβα μετά από δυο μήνες). Τα μηχανήματα γενικότερα είναι τίμια , χωράνε βελτίωση ως εταιρεία.
Purchased for cooling use only. In a room of about 14 square meters, it performs very well and cools the room in a few minutes. Very economical in electricity consumption as well. The biggest advantage for me is how quiet it is. The outdoor unit is hardly audible compared to a Sendo that I have.
The only thing left to see is its longevity and the service support.
**WARNING** To be eligible for the 10-year warranty, it must be registered on Tesla's website and the necessary maintenance must be performed every year. Also, request a receipt from the technician when the maintenance is done.

Αγοράστηκε για χρήση ψύξης και μόνο. Σε δωμάτιο περίπου 14 τ.μ αποδίδει πάρα πολύ καλά και ψύχει το δωμάτιο σε λίγα λεπτά. Πολύ οικονομικό και στην κατανάλωση ρεύματος. Το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα για εμένα το πόσο αθόρυβο είναι. Η εξωτερική μονάδα δεν ακούγεται καν σε σχέση με ένα Sendo που έχω.
Το μόνο που μένει να δούμε είναι η μακροζωία του και ή εξυπηρέτηση του σέρβις.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ** Για να ισχύει η 10έτη εγγύηση θα πρέπει να δηλωθεί στην ιστοσελίδα της Tesla και να γίνεται η απαραίτητη συντήρηση κάθε χρόνο. Επίσης να ζητάτε αποδεικτικό από τον τεχνικό όταν γίνεται η συντήρηση.
Θα επανέλθω αν αλλάξει κάτι. Προς το παρόν είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένος με την συσκευή.

Very beautiful air conditioner at a good price with a 10-year warranty from the manufacturer. The unit is quite silent. It was installed in a room of about 18-20 square meters and it heats it satisfactorily and quickly. It was a big confusion to register it in the application, in the end I managed to do it but I struggled a lot.

Τοποθετηθηκε σε δωματιο περιπου 18-20 τ.μ. και το ζεσταινει πολυ ικανοποιητικα και γρηγορα. Για να το καταχωρησετε στην εφαρμογη ειναι μεγαλο μπερδεμα, εν τελει τα καταφερα αλλα παιδευτηκα πολύ.
I have it for cooling and heating in a single 40sqm space. It works wonders at 26 degrees in the winter. It's not completely silent, but it performs very well. το έχω για ψύξη και θέρμανση σε ενιαίο χώρο 40τμ. Στους 26 βαθμους το χειμώνα κάνει παπάδες. Δεν είναι τελείως αθόρυβο αλλά αποδίδει πολύ καλά. Επίσης στη ψύξη έχει πολύ καλά αποτέλεσματα. η εξωτερική μονάδα είναι αρκετά αθόρυβη επίσης. προσοχή έχω τοποθετήσει την εξωτερική μονάδα στο πάτωμα καθώς ενημερώθηκα ότι μπορεί να κάνει συντονισμό σε τοίχο.

Purchase of TESLA TT26EX21-0932IA air conditioner. The product contained the wrong remote control. This particular one did not have the heating function (heat), nor enough secondary functions. Additionally, the air conditioner displays the temperature in Fahrenheit and the manual does not describe anything about it. In my communication, I was informed that they did not have another one and they referred me to the authorized service (another company), which is still awaiting a response from TESLA. Eventually, the store assisted me and sent me another remote control. As for the Fahrenheit degrees, nothing yet. After intense winter use, the machine performs very well and has a very low noise level (with installation on the external anti-vibration unit).
Αγορά κλιματιστικού TESLA TT26EX21-0932IA. Το προϊόν περιείχε λάθος τηλεχειριστήριο. Το συγκεκριμένο δεν είχε καν λειτουργία (heat) θέρμανσης, φυσικά ούτε και αρκετές δευτερεύουσες. Επίσης το κλιματιστικό δείχνει την θερμοκρασία σε βαθμούς Fahrenheit και στο manual δε περιγράφει κάτι. Σε επικοινωνία μου ανέφεραν ότι δεν διέθεταν αλλο και με παρέπεμψαν στο εξουσιοδοτημένο σέρβις (άλλη εταιρεία), το οποίο περιμένει ακόμα απάντηση από την TESLA . Τελικά με εξυπηρέτησε το κατάστημα και μου έστειλε άλλο χειριστήριο. Για τους βαθμούς Fahrenheit τίποτα ακόμα.
Μετά από έντονη χειμερινή χρήση το μηχάνημα αποδίδει πολύ καλά και έχει πολύ χαμηλή στάθμη θορύβου (με τοποθέτηση στην εξωτερική μονάδα αντικραδασμικων).
I would never buy it again .. completely bad choice .. even though it is supposed to have a thermostat, it never stops, resulting in us freezing or overheating .. when we got it, we had a newborn baby at home .. the technicians have come three times, fixed the thermostat, but still nothing .. the last time we asked for a replacement, they said they would take it back in two minutes and they never called us .. their service is unacceptable .. I wouldn't say the same for the 12,000 BTU, but my opinion of the 9,000 is the worst ..
Δεν θα ξανά έπαιρνα ποτέ ..τελείως κακή επιλογή ..ενώ υποτίθεται ότι έχει θερμοστάτη δεν σταματάει ποτέ με αποτέλεσμα να παγώνουμε η να σκάμε.. τότε που το πήραμε ειχαμε και νεογέννητο στο σπιτι ..έχουν έρθει οι τεχνικοί τρεις φορές έχουν φτιάξει το θερμοστάτη αλλά και πάλι τίποτα ..τη τελευταία φορά ζητήσαμε αντικατάσταση μας είπανε θα μας πάρουνε σε δυο λεπτά πίσω και δεν μας καλέσανε ποτέ..απαράδεκτο το service τους ..δεν θα έλεγα τα ίδια για το 12.000BTU αλλά η άποψη μου με το 9000 ειναι η χειρότερη ..
Room 8 sq.m, full insulation! I have had it for three years, it simply excels in cooling (completely silent operation, especially in eco mode), it takes a while to heat up (when it is very cold outside +5), that is the only downside. However, it is quite reliable for its price!
Δωμάτιο 8 τετρ/κα, φουλ μόνωση! το έχω τρία χρόνια, στην ψύξη απλά σκίζει (εντελώς αθόρυβη λειτουργία ειδικά στο eco), στην θέρμανση αργεί να πάρει μπροστά( όταν έχει πολύ κρύο έξω+5,) αυτό είναι το μόνο μείον. Είναι αρκετά αξιόπιστο όμως για τα λεφτά του!

Bought an air conditioner 12000 bt in September 2022. Installed it in the living room with moderate insulation. Installation was done by a friend who recommended this brand as good. The truth is that it works very well for cooling, with moderate noise and quite powerful, although it only worked for September. The disappointment came when I needed to use it for heating. It worked for two months and suddenly the air started to become lukewarm. After a visit from my refrigeration friend, he told me that the machine is fine and unfortunately, these air conditioners lose their efficiency in very cold temperatures. Utter disappointment. The irony is that in the bedroom, I have a 12-year-old unit that works perfectly in both hot and cold weather. The reason I give it two stars is only for the cold function, which temporarily saves the situation, and we'll see if it can also handle the summer without breaking down.
Αγορά κλιματιστικού 12000 bt Σεπτέμβριος 2022. Τοποθέτηση σε σαλόνι με μέτρια μόνωση. Τοποθέτηση από φίλο που μου πρότεινε αυτή τη μάρκα ως καλή. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι στην ψύξη είναι πάρα πολύ καλό μέτριος θόρυβος και αρκετά δυνατό αν και δούλεψε μόνο για το Σεπτέμβριο. Η απογοήτευση ήρθε όταν χρειάστηκε να το βάλω στη θέρμανση. Δούλεψε για δύο μήνες και εντελώς ξαφνικά ο αέρας άρχισε να γίνεται χλιαρος. Κατόπιν επίσκεψης του ψυκτικού φίλου μου μου είπε το μηχάνημα είναι μία χαρά και ότι δυστυχώς ότι στα πολύ κρύα τα air-condition αυτά χάνουν την απόδοσή τους. Σκέτη απογοήτευση. Η ειρωνεία είναι ότι στο υπνοδωμάτιο έχω ένα 12άρι 17 χρονών το οποίο και στη ζέστη και στο κρύο πυροβολαει. Ο λόγος που του βάζω δύο Αστέρια είναι μόνο για το κρύο που σώνει λίγο την κατάσταση προσωρινά και για αυτό θα δούμε εάν θα βγάλει και το καλοκαίρι χωρίς να χαλάσει.
It is affordable, provides good cooling (I haven't tried heating yet), but it is very noisy. You can hear the refrigerants during the first hour and occasionally there are cracking sounds, probably due to expansion. It's difficult to sleep without earplugs. I can't say that I am satisfied. However, it is indeed cost-effective in terms of cooling and maintains a stable temperature in the room. Personally, I wouldn't buy it again.
Είναι οικονομικό, κάνει καλή ψύξη (θέρμανση δεν έχω δοκιμάσει ακόμα), αλλά είναι πολύ θορυβώδες. Ακούγονται τα ψυκτικά υγρά την πρώτη ώρα και ανά διάστημα ακούγονται σπασίματα λόγω συστολής φαντάζομαι. Για να κοιμηθείς δύσκολα χωρίς ωτοασπίδες. Δεν μπορώ να πω πως είμαι ευχαριστημένος. Πάντως είναι πράγματι οικονομικό στην ψύξη και κρατάει την θερμοκρασία σταθερή στο δωμάτιο. Εγώ πάντως δεν θα το έπαιρνα ξανά.
Bought in May 2022. It operates quietly, but it is slightly audible. It was installed in a 9 sqm room. In 2 minutes with settings at 25 degrees, quiet and eco, it cools the room. You can sleep comfortably. The screen on the indoor unit shows the temperature you set from the remote control. Make sure to have it in ECO mode, which adjusts according to the conditions.
Αγορά τον Μάιο του 2022. Έχει αθόρυβη λειτουργία, όμως ακούγεται ελαφρά. Περάστηκε σε δωμάτιο 9τ.μ. Σε 2 λεπτά με ρυθμίσεις 25 βαθμοί, αθόρυβο και eco, ψύχει το δωμάτιο. Κοιμάσαι άνετα. Η οθόνη πάνω στην εσωτερική μονάδα δείχνει την θερμοκρασία που ορίζεις από το τηλεχειριστήριο. Να το έχετε σε λειτουργία ECO οπωσδήποτε που προσαρμόζει ανάλογα τις συνθήκες.
I bought it about 20 days ago, and as soon as the technician saw it, he told me that I made the best choice, I have installed many. Αγορά πριν περίπου 20 μέρες, ο τεχνικός με το που το είδε μου λέει έκανες την καλύτερη επιλογή έχω βάλει άπειρα. Στο δια ταύτα το έχω συνέχεια στους 28 στ δωμάτιο μου τρομερό το παγώνει άμεσα.
Κοιμάμαι την νύχτα και το έχω συνεχώς να λειτουργεί, το πρωί που σηκώνεσαι δεν εχεις πονοκέφαλο. Όσον αφορά το θόρυβο είναι σχετικό εγώ που έχω θέμα με τον ύπνο δεν με ενοχλεί ο θορυβος. Θα επανέλθω το χειμώνα ώστε να δοκιμάσω και την θέρμανση. Αν αποφασίσω να αλλάξω τα άλλα δύο κλιματιστικά θα βάλω Τέσλα είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος απ' τ μέχρι στιγμής αποτελέσμα.

I bought 3 in the summer of '21. Specifically, 2 /12,000 BTU units and 1 /9,000 BTU unit. Efficient and quiet in cooling and heating. The cooling temperature can go as low as 4°C. In heating, it reaches around 50+. Comes with a 10-year warranty. The fan is very powerful. A very good air conditioner.
Αγόρασα 3 το καλοκαίρι του 21. Συγκεκριμενα 2 /12άρια και 1 /9άρι. Αθόρυβα αποδοτικά στη ψύξη και στη ζέστη. Θερμοκρασία που κατεβάζει στη ψύξη φτάνει έως και 4c. Στη θέρμανση κοντά στους 50 +. 10 χρόνια εγγυηση. Ο ανεμιστήρας είναι πολύ δυνατός. Πολύ καλό κλιματιστικό.
I got it for the third bedroom. Way better than the toyotomi hiro that I have in the other rooms.

Tesla TT34EX21-1232IA, (12,000btu), was installed yesterday, 2-8-21, and was tested for a few hours, so my observations are based on the first impression. It is indeed very quiet and the remote control is easy to use with a nice illuminated screen in orange color. The negative thing I noticed so far is that the blinds for horizontal air distribution do not work with the remote control. There is a button, the selection is visible, but they are actually fixed. I didn't have a ladder to climb up and try to move them manually... I hope they can be moved... Other than that, I am satisfied and I hope to continue being so! The technician spoke highly of the model, though.
Tesla TT34EX21-1232IA, (12.000btu), έγινε εγκατάσταση χτες 2-8-21 , δοκιμάστηκε για κάποιες ώρες, οπότε οι παρατηρήσεις μου αφορούν την πρώτη εντύπωση. Είναι πάρα πολύ αθόρυβο όντως και το χειριστήριο είναι εύκολο με ωραία φωτιζόμενη οθόνη με πορτοκαλί χρώμα. Το αρνητικό που εντόπισα μέχρι στιγμής, είναι πως ΔΕΝ λειτουργουν οι περσίδες για οριζόντια ανακατανομή του αέρα με το χειριστήριο. Υπάρχει κανονικά κουμπι, φαίνεται η επιλογή, αλλά είναι σταθερές τελικά. Δεν είχα σκάλα να ανέβω, για να δοκιμάσω αν μπορώ να τις κουνήσω χειροκίνητα...Ελπίζω να κουνιούνται...Κατά τα άλλα, ευχαριστημένη και ελπίζω να συνεχίσω να είμαι! ο τεχνικός είπε τα καλύτερα πάντως για το μοντέλο.

Satisfactory price/quality ratio. Relatively quiet compared to others I have experience with. Quite effective in cooling. Durability will be seen in the future.
Ικανοποιητική σχέση τιμής/ποιότητας. Αθόρυβο σχετικά με άλλα που έχω εμπειρία. Αρκετά αποτελεσματικό στην ψύξη. Η αντοχή θα φανεί μελλοντικά.
after a year of operation and something, we realized that there are 2 problems:
a. there is no thermostat. I find it hard to believe that an air-conditioner in 2025 does not stop automatically when the room reaches the set temperature, but this is what happens in our case. from the manual I cannot conclude whether it has a thermostat or not, but I repeat, it's 2025.
b. the horizontal grille is useless, the mechanism never worked, resulting in one side of the room not being cooled/heated, which fortunately is small.
μετα απο ενα χρονο λειτουργίας και κατι συνειδητοποιησαμε οτι υπαρχουν 2 προβληματα:
α.δεν υπαρχει θερμοστατης. αδυνατω να πιστεψω οτι air-condition το 2025 δεν σταματαει αυτοματα οταν το δωματιο πιάσει τη θερμοκρασια που αναγραφει αλλα αυτο συμβαίνει στην περιπτωση μας. απο το manual δεν μπορω να βγαλω συμπέρασμα αν διαθετει θερμοστάτη ή οχι, αλλα ξαναλεω εχουμε 2025.
β. η οριζοντια γρυλια ειναι αχρηστη, ο μηχανισμος δε λειτουργησε ποτέ με αποτελεσμα να μην ψύχεται/ζεσταίνεται η μια πλευρα του δωματιου που ευτυχως είναι μικρο.
I messed up, I got the nine model at the end of December, installation on January 5th and it still hasn't worked. During the installation, it kept blowing fuses, a technician from the dealership came after 8 days. After searching for 2 hours, he said the boards were faulty. On February 5th!!! the boards arrive, it doesn't blow fuses anymore but there's no air... The technician leaves and I'm back on the phone.... I send an email to Tesla to complain, they didn't even bother to reply. God is great... Don't make the mistake, there are so many reputable brands for a little more money. Note, this has nothing to do with Tesla the well-known giant
Την πάτησα, πήρα το εννιάρι τέλος Δεκέμβρη, εγκατάσταση 5 Γενάρη και ακόμα δεν έχει δουλέψει. Με την εγκατάσταση έριχνε ασφάλεια, ήρθε τεχνικός από αντιπροσωπεία μετά από 8 μέρες. αφού 2 ώρες το έψαχνε, λέει πλακέτες μέσα έξω. 5 Φλεβάρη!!! έρχονται οι πλακέτες, δεν ρίχνει ασφάλεια αλλά και αέρα γιοκ....Φεύγει ο τεχνικός και εγώ πάλι στα τηλέφωνα....Στέλνω email στην Tesla για παράπονα, ούτε στον κόπο να απαντήσουν δεν μπήκαν.Ο θεός είναι μεγάλος...Μην κάνετε το λάθος, τόσες επώνυμες μάρκες υπάρχουν για λίγα παραπάνω χρήματα. Σημείωση, καμία σχέση με την Tesla τον γνωστό κολοσσό
