I give them one star because while their fit is very good (comfortable on the foot and doesn’t slip off) and I generally liked their quality, they have this peculiar design on the sole that unfortunately fills up immediately with small pebbles that get stuck and hurt when you step on a harder and flatter surface.

Excellent. One issue I encountered is that small pebbles get into the holes of the shoe and you have to take them out afterwards. I ordered size 40-41 and I received size 40. It was a bit small. Excellent, it does its job perfectly and is very comfortable.

Very nice and sturdy, but a bit difficult to wash as they tend to trap sand inside and small stones underneath, due to the perforated sole.

First, regarding the size that I'm sure you all wonder about just like I did. I wear size 45 in All Stars and Vans, so the correct size is 1 smaller, which is 44. I tried both 45 and 43... very comfortable, tested during vacations on beaches, in the sea, while driving, and on rough terrain with stones, etc., and I can say that I had no issues!! They held up!!!!
Every day after all, I washed them with water for the salt, etc. The only thing that bothered me was the inner insole, which came out with the shoe when I took it off; a minor issue, you just put it back in and everything is fine!
