Constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel with Scotch-Brite finish.

Sheet thickness of 0.8 mm.

Fat filter bases for filters with a width of 3 cm.

Welding in an inert argon atmosphere using the TIG method.

Perimeter channel with smooth turns.

Diameter and number of exhaust and air intake holes are standard, but can be customized upon request.

Fat extraction pipe.

Fat collection tray.

  • Dimensions: 3000x700x580 mm.
  • Weight: 44 kg.
  • Exit diameter: 2 x Φ300.
  • Six (6) filter slots (filters not included).

Optional features:

  • Can be made with sheet thickness greater than 0.8 mm.
