Nostos Pure echinacea is a dried herb in flower form, from the Echinacea purpurea species. It is used to prepare an infusion.

For one cup, simmer 2 g of the herb over low heat for 10 minutes, then strain the infusion. Honey, milk or lemon may be added. Do not use for more than 15 days. If you are pregnant or taking medication or dietary supplements, consult a doctor beforehand. Not intended for people with autoimmune conditions or those taking immunosuppressant medicines such as cortisone.
