A simple version of safety glasses. Plastic lens with a thickness of 1mm that can be replaced with dark ones. It has very soft padding so it doesn't hit your face, but it slightly restricts your vision up and down. The frame is flexible with holes for airflow. The strap that holds them is not reliable, and if it breaks, you can easily replace it with those sold in bulk at sewing supply stores. For your eyes, I would recommend something more expensive but good.
