The product is very useful, it was a good thing to buy this set instead of buying dumbbells one by one.

I ordered 2 from different stores so i know for a fact this one is definitely used and came packed just with paper and plastic bags. They didn’t even bother to clean it before shipping it. And it was 5€ more than the other one. I would recommend to avoid this and take your chances with a similar one from other stores

Good construction, nothing fancy, but good. It seems that the plastic is not the highest quality, but it is fine for normal use. The mechanism needs to be handled with care in general, so it doesn't break. It is very good for what it offers, and their price makes them better than most dumbbell sets out there. Anyone looking for weights for progressive overload in free exercises, it is a very good starting point, and not only that.

Having used in the past the "branded" BOW as well... There is no difference at all... neither in construction nor in usability... and yet they cost less than half the money...

Generally practical for home use...

Expensive compared to regular weights but maybe not as much as we imagine... since at the moment even the regular weights (with dumbbell) you calculate 14€ per dumbbell and 3€/kg...

So for 42kg x 3€/kg + 2 dumbbells x 12€ each = about 150€. That is, about 100€ cheaper than buying 2 adjustable dumbbells...

And you won't have the convenience of changing weights or the convenience of storage...

Negative: the relatively large size at low weights... but I believe it's something you get used to...!!!

- After more than 2 years of very frequent use, I can say with certainty that it is a very good product...
Always knowing how to use them...
They are NOT dumbbells that you just throw on the floor any way you like...
- Also, you can't exceed 24kg per dumbbell (personally, for some exercises now I need more weight)
- I still believe they are more than worth their money for the convenience, etc...

I would NOT say the same IF I had bought the original/branded ones for more than double+ the price they cost... but essentially they don't offer anything that much better in their package... MAYBE slightly better quality MAYBE...

As the owner of these dumbbells for a short period of time, I have to say that they are absolutely practical and ideal for a home without space for a full gym. In other words, you have 2 dumbbells weighing 24kg each, but in reality, with the 15 different weight settings they have, it's like having exactly that many. (2.5-3.5-4.5-5.5-6.5-8-9-10-11.5-13.5-16-18-20.5-22.5-24kg)

As for the price, they are not cheap, but if we calculate how much just 3 sets of dumbbells cost (and not...the 15 they provide), then they are cost-effective as a purchase. Yes, the few kilograms can be a bit uncomfortable due to the standard size and limited oscillations, but you get used to it.

Of course, we don't throw them away (what a phenomenon that is in gyms) and we handle them protectively to withstand the gears over time.

They are worth every last euro, solely for the convenience they provide.

The only thing that scared me is the use of low weights for cardio exercises, as they give the impression that their mechanism will "loosen/break" due to the vibrations created.

In general, they require gentle handling, both during exercise and when returning them to their base.
