Κατά τα άλλα πολύ καλό το χρησιμοποιώ σχεδόν καθημερινά τον χειμώνα το καλοκαίρι κάνω ποδηλασία και μου φαίνεται περίεργο που λένε ότι δεν έχει καλή αντίσταση εγώ συνήθως το έχω στο 5 και είμαι μια χαρά. Μήπως δεν το συναρμολογησαν σωστά επειδή εκεί με την ντιζά για τις αντιστάσεις ήταν λίγο δύσκολο... Κατά τα άλλα εγώ κάθε τρίμηνο βγάζω τα κινητά μέρη και τα γρασαρω και κάθε βδομάδα ρίχνω λίγο σπρέι σιλικόνης και είναι εντελώς αθόρυβο...

It is the ideal solution for home workouts for me. I got it because I thought that instead of giving 50 euros to the gym and going only 2-3 times a week, with the Klarna or TBI installments I pay 50 euros every month for 4 months and I also keep the elliptical. As for the quality and construction, I don't have a comparison with other similar machines, but I will say that it does its job excellently for what I want, a solid aerobic workout in your space. The resistances may not be enough for someone who is used to something more, but for a person with moderate endurance and experience with such equipment, it meets my needs.
I had never assembled something similar before, yet I did it easily by myself in about 2.5 hours at a relaxed pace. It's very helpful that it includes a small kit of all the necessary tools for assembly and the instructions are quite clear; it even has a QR code that links to a video showing exactly how to set the resistance. It doesn't take up much space and doesn't require electricity, so it's very convenient. I've had it for two months and while it started to creak a bit, with a little silicone spray on the joints it is quiet again.
I definitely recommend it for someone who wants a good solution for exercising at home; you can also get two dumbbells and a resistance band, and who needs the gym. :P
Είναι για μένα η ιδανική λύση για γυμναστική στο σπίτι. Το πήρα γιατί σκέφτηκα ότι αντί να δίνω 50 ευρώ στο γυμναστήριο και να πηγαίνω μόνο 2-3 φορές την εβδομάδα, με τις δόσεις των Klarna ή TBI πληρώνω 50 ευρώ κάθε μήνα για 4 μήνες και μου μένει και το ελλειπτικό. Το γεγονός ότι έχεις ένα μηχάνημα στο σπίτι σε διευκολύνει και σε παροτρύνει πολύ να ασκείσαι κάθε μέρα, γιατί εκεί που δεν θα είχες όρεξη να βγεις, το βλέπεις μπροστά σου και ανεβαίνεις και η ώρα περνάει χωρίς να το καταλάβεις.
Όσον αφορά την ποιότητα και την κατασκευή, δεν έχω εικόνα από άλλα αντίστοιχα μηχανήματα, αλλά θα πω ότι κάνει την δουλειά του εξαιρετικά για αυτό που θέλω, μια γερή αερόβια άσκηση στον χώρο σου. Οι αντιστάσεις μπορεί να μην είναι αρκετές για κάποιον που έχει συνηθίσει σε κάτι παραπάνω, αλλά για άτομο με μέτρια αντοχή και εμπειρία σε τέτοια όργανα, με καλύπτει.
Δεν είχα ξανασυναρμολογήσει κάτι αντίστοιχο, κι όμως το έκανα εύκολα μόνη μου σε περίπου 2,5 ώρες χαλαρά. Πολύ βοηθικό που εμπειρέχεται ένα μικρό κιτ όλων των αναγκαίων εργαλείων για το στήσιμο και οι οδηγίες είναι αρκετά ξεκάθαρες, έχει και QR code που παραπέμπει σε βίντεο για να δει κανείς ακριβώς πώς μπαίνει η αντίσταση. Δεν πιάνει πολύ χώρο και δεν απαιτεί ρεύμα, έτσι είναι πολύ βολικό. Το έχω δύο μήνες και ενώ άρχισε λίγο να τρίζει, με λίγο σπρέι σιλικόνης στις ενώσεις είναι και πάλι αθόρυβο.
Το προτείνω σίγουρα για κάποια/ον που θέλει μια καλή λύση για άσκηση στο σπίτι, παίρνεις και δύο βαράκια κι ένα λάστιχο αντίστασης και ποιος το χρειάζεται το γυμναστήριο. :P

Η οθόνη έχει ένα σχετικά απαρχαιωμένο σύστημα που κάνει rotation τον χρόνο, τις θερμίδες, την ταχύτητα, τα χιλιόμετρα, τους χτύπους της καρδιάς και τα συνολικά χιλιόμετρα. Για τους χτύπους, θα πρέπει να πιάσεις τουλάχιστον με το ένα χέρι τα μεταλλικά βέλη των λαβών αριστερά και δεξιά της οθόνης. Προφανώς μην περιμένετε σύνδεση με smartphone, wifi κλπ.
Τι να προσέξετε στη συναρμολόγηση: Στην αρχή με φόβισε η τοποθέτηση του σύρματος του κορμού με τον αντιστάτη του επειδή φοβήθηκα μην το σπάσω, αλλά τελικά θέλει ένα μικρό κολπάκι περιστροφής του συνδετήρα. Να σφίξετε καλά τις βίδες και τα πάσα τους, ιδίως της βάσης με τα πόδια. Μετά από μια εβδομάδα συνεχούς χρήσης άρχισε να τρίζει και αφού είχα σφίξει και ξεσφίξει σχεδόν όλα τα πάσα κατάλαβα ότι ήταν της βάσης, οπότε και τα έσφιξα ξανά και έκτοτε όλα οκ. Έψαχνα ένα ελλειπτικό και γενικά ένα όργανο γυμναστικής που να μην πιάνει πολύ χώρο και σε αυτό τον τομέα είναι ότι πρέπει.
Έχει και ροδακια για να το σέρνεις.
Τέλεια κατασκευή οι βίδες εφαρμόζουν τέλεια και σφίγγουν παρά πολύ με αποτέλεσμα να μην βγάζει τον παραμικρό ήχο τριξίματος, όπως επίσης να μην φοβάσαι ότι θα φύγεις άκλαυτος ενώ κάνεις γυμναστική.

στην λιγη χρηση που εχω προλαβει να του κανω μπορω να πω οτι ειναι σταθερο, αθορυβο χωρις τριγμους και τα επιπεδα αντιστασης του ειναι ικανοποιητικα. θα ηθελα να ηταν πιο ακαμπτη η καθετη κολωνα αλλα αυτο δεν επηρρεαζει καπου, ουτε την ασκηση, ουτε την ολη εμπειρια. τα λεφτα του τα αξιζει και με το παραπανω.
οι βιδες στα σκαλοπατια ειναι χωνευτες, δεν ενοχλουν πουθενα. καποιος αλλος χρηστης εχει κανει λαθος και εβαλε τις ροδελες απο πανω, οι ροδελες πανε απο κατω, απο την πλευρα του παξιμαδιου.
θα δυσκολεψει αρκετους η συναρμολογηση, θελει προσοχη στο κουμπωμα του συρματοσχοινου, αν μπει λαθος θα ανεβοκατεβαζετε την δυσκολια και δεν θα καταλαβαινετε τιποτα και προσοχη στο που μπαινει η καθε βιδα (αν βαλετε βιδα με πολυ φαρδυ κεφαλι στο σκαλοπατι τοτε θα εχετε να εξεχει το κεφαλι πανω ). σε κλιμακα δυσκολιας συναρμολλογησης 0 ως 10 θα εβαζα ανετα 8.

Έχω ύψος 1,79 και φοράω 46 νούμερο αθλητικό παπούτσι. Θέλω να επενδύσω σε αυτό το ελλειπτικό ώστε να δυναμώσω τα πόδια μου (τετρακέφαλα) και να προστατεύσω περισσότερο τα ισχία μου.
Με βάση τα παραπάνω θα ήθελα να σας κάνω τις παρακάτω ερωτήσεις όσον αφορά το συγκεκριμένο ελλειπτικό:
1) Θεωρείτε ότι θα χωράνε τα πόδια μου άνετα στο ελλειπτικό;
2) Έχει ικανοποιητικό διασκελισμό;
Νομίζω ότι έχει να κάνει με την αντίσταση. Η δυσκολία της άσκησης εδώ ρυθμίζεται από ειδικούς μαγνήτες τους οποίους ελέγχουμε χειροκίνητα από τον περιστρεφόμενο μοχλό στο μπροστινό σημείο του μηχανήματος. Και φυσικά δεν χρειάζεται ρεύμα για να λειτουργήσει.

Το πήρα γιατί σκέφτηκα ότι αντί να δίνω 50 ευρώ στο γυμναστήριο και να πηγαίνω μόνο 2-3 φορές την εβδομάδα, με τις δόσεις των Klarna ή TBI πληρώνω 50 ευρώ κάθε μήνα για 4 μήνες και μου μένει και το ελλειπτικό. Το γεγονός ότι έχεις ένα μηχάνημα στο σπίτι σε διευκολύνει και σε παροτρύνει πολύ να ασκείσαι κάθε μέρα, γιατί εκεί που δεν θα είχες όρεξη να βγεις, το βλέπεις μπροστά σου και ανεβαίνεις και η ώρα περνάει χωρίς να το καταλάβεις.
Όσον αφορά την ποιότητα και την κατασκευή, δεν έχω εικόνα από άλλα αντίστοιχα μηχανήματα, αλλά θα πω ότι κάνει την δουλειά του εξαιρετικά για αυτό που θέλω, μια γερή αερόβια άσκηση στον χώρο σου. Οι αντιστάσεις μπορεί να μην είναι αρκετές για κάποιον που έχει συνηθίσει σε κάτι παραπάνω, αλλά για άτομο με μέτρια αντοχή και εμπειρία σε τέτοια όργανα, με καλύπτει.
Δεν είχα ξανασυναρμολογήσει κάτι αντίστοιχο, κι όμως το έκανα εύκολα μόνη μου σε περίπου 2,5 ώρες χαλαρά. Πολύ βοηθικό που εμπειρέχεται ένα μικρό κιτ όλων των αναγκαίων εργαλείων για το στήσιμο και οι οδηγίες είναι αρκετά ξεκάθαρες, έχει και QR code που παραπέμπει σε βίντεο για να δει κανείς ακριβώς πώς μπαίνει η αντίσταση. Δεν πιάνει πολύ χώρο και δεν απαιτεί ρεύμα, έτσι είναι πολύ βολικό. Το έχω δύο μήνες και ενώ άρχισε λίγο να τρίζει, με λίγο σπρέι σιλικόνης στις ενώσεις είναι και πάλι αθόρυβο.
Το προτείνω σίγουρα για κάποια/ον που θέλει μια καλή λύση για άσκηση στο σπίτι, παίρνεις και δύο βαράκια κι ένα λάστιχο αντίστασης και ποιος το χρειάζεται το γυμναστήριο. :P

Τι να προσέξετε στη συναρμολόγηση: Στην αρχή με φόβισε η τοποθέτηση του σύρματος του κορμού με τον αντιστάτη του επειδή φοβήθηκα μην το σπάσω, αλλά τελικά θέλει ένα μικρό κολπάκι περιστροφής του συνδετήρα. Να σφίξετε καλά τις βίδες και τα πάσα τους, ιδίως της βάσης με τα πόδια. Μετά από μια εβδομάδα συνεχούς χρήσης άρχισε να τρίζει και αφού είχα σφίξει και ξεσφίξει σχεδόν όλα τα πάσα κατάλαβα ότι ήταν της βάσης, οπότε και τα έσφιξα ξανά και έκτοτε όλα οκ. στην λιγη χρηση που εχω προλαβει να του κανω μπορω να πω οτι ειναι σταθερο, αθορυβο χωρις τριγμους και τα επιπεδα αντιστασης του ειναι ικανοποιητικα. θα ηθελα να ηταν πιο ακαμπτη η καθετη κολωνα αλλα αυτο δεν επηρρεαζει καπου, ουτε την ασκηση, ουτε την ολη εμπειρια. τα λεφτα του τα αξιζει και με το παραπανω.
οι βιδες στα σκαλοπατια ειναι χωνευτες, δεν ενοχλουν πουθενα. καποιος αλλος χρηστης εχει κανει λαθος και εβαλε τις ροδελες απο πανω, οι ροδελες πανε απο κατω, απο την πλευρα του παξιμαδιου.
θα δυσκολεψει αρκετους η συναρμολογηση, θελει προσοχη στο κουμπωμα του συρματοσχοινου, αν μπει λαθος θα ανεβοκατεβαζετε την δυσκολια και δεν θα καταλαβαινετε τιποτα και προσοχη στο που μπαινει η καθε βιδα (αν βαλετε βιδα με πολυ φαρδυ κεφαλι στο σκαλοπατι τοτε θα εχετε να εξεχει το κεφαλι πανω ). σε κλιμακα δυσκολιας συναρμολλογησης 0 ως 10 θα εβαζα ανετα 8.
