• Nose: On the nose, it has a rich bouquet with intense and complex notes of cocoa, vanilla, cedar, sweet smoke, and rich tropical fruits. 
• Taste: On the palate, it is balanced and complex. Warm cocoa, vanilla, sugarcane, chestnut, and caramelized tropical fruits, enhanced by a steady, gently oaky and rich coffee spice flavor. 
• Finish: The finish is intense yet round and smooth. A good combination of complex mature notes and intense freshness.

The minimum age of each rum in the blend is 7 years, but the oldest drop is decades old. Every time we produce Havana 7, a portion of the final blend is returned to the barrel to mature for many more years until it is ready to form the core of future production.

Havana Club 7 Year Old can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, with a few drops of your chosen Essence of Cuba, or in popular cocktails such as the Rum Old Fashioned or the Canchanchara.
