I have had it since December 2022 and so far it has not shown any problems.
Every month the washing machine reminds me to run the drum cleaning program, which I do regularly. It has all the programs I need and I can adjust them according to my needs. The control is done either from the machine itself or via the app on my phone. However, to start the wash, you have to press the start button on the machine.
It has quite a few useful programs, such as:
Outdoor (ideal for jackets)
Sanitization
Bedding (for duvets)
Towels, which also works for small rugs
It is important to read the instructions, because each program has a different allowable weight. Just because it is 12 kg does not mean you can fill the drum with whatever fits. For example, a single duvet that weighs about 2 kg, when wet its weight increases about 2-3 times, as with towels, throws, or sheets. That’s why I make sure to fill the drum about halfway when it comes to clothes and for duvets, throws, or rugs always one at a time.
I have washed single and double duvets several times. I first check their weight (up to 2kg) and make sure to wash them at low spin speeds (400) so as not to strain the machine.
It has happened a few times, during spinning, for the door to "kick" a bit. Maybe it was due to a slight overload, although I think it has also happened with a normal amount of clothes. It may be related to the fact that some fabrics become much heavier when wet, thus increasing the load in the drum and affecting stability during spinning. Anyway, until now in November 2025 it has not suffered any damage.
The drawer has compartments for pre-wash detergent, main wash detergent, and fabric softener. However, I have noticed that when I put liquid detergent in the main wash compartment, it seems to leak a bit downwards, so maybe some of the detergent is lost at the beginning. On the other hand, when I put the detergent directly in the drum (e.g. inside a cap), I see better results and more suds.
Overall, I am very satisfied, it does its job properly, has many options, and is reliable. A small drawback is the slight "kick" during spinning and the issue with the liquid detergent, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Ίσως σχετίζεται με το ότι ορισμένα υφάσματα, γίνονται πολύ πιο βαριά όταν βραχούν, οπότε αυξάνουν το φορτίο στον κάδο και επηρεάζουν τη σταθερότητα στο στύψιμο. Πάντως μέχρι τώρα το Νοέμβριο του 2025 δεν έχει πάθει τίποτα.
Το συρτάρι διαθέτει θήκες για απορρυπαντικό πρόπλυσης, κύριας πλύσης και μαλακτικό. Έχω παρατηρήσει όμως ότι όταν βάζω υγρό απορρυπαντικό στη θήκη της κύριας πλύσης, φαίνεται να διαρρέει λίγο προς τα κάτω, οπότε ίσως μέρος του απορρυπαντικού να χάνεται στην αρχή. Αντίθετα, όταν βάζω το απορρυπαντικό μέσα στον κάδο (π.χ. μέσα σε καπάκι), βλέπω καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα και περισσότερη σαπουνάδα.
Συνολικά είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος, κάνει σωστά τη δουλειά του, έχει πολλές επιλογές και είναι αξιόπιστο. Μικρό μειονέκτημα το ελαφρύ "κλότσημα" στο στύψιμο και το θέμα με το υγρό απορρυπαντικό, αλλιώς θα ήταν 5 αστεράκια.

The spare parts are very expensive compared to other brands whose spare parts cost much less. The same applies to any spare part from this particular company

For example, a single duvet that weighs about 2 kg, when wet its weight increases about 2-3 times, as with towels, throws, or sheets. That’s why I make sure to fill the drum about halfway when it comes to clothes and for duvets, throws, or rugs always one at a time.
I have washed single and double duvets several times. I first check their weight (up to 2kg) and make sure to wash them at low spin speeds (400) so as not to strain the machine.
It has happened a few times, during spinning, for the door to "kick" a bit. Maybe it was due to a slight overload, although I think it has also happened with a normal amount of clothes. It may be related to the fact that some fabrics become much heavier when wet, thus increasing the load in the drum and affecting stability during spinning. Anyway, until now in November 2025 it has not suffered any damage.
The drawer has compartments for pre-wash detergent, main wash detergent, and fabric softener. However, I have noticed that when I put liquid detergent in the main wash compartment, it seems to leak a bit downwards, so maybe some of the detergent is lost at the beginning. On the other hand, when I put the detergent directly in the drum (e.g. inside a cap), I see better results and more suds.
Overall, I am very satisfied, it does its job properly, has many options, and is reliable. A small drawback is the slight "kick" during spinning and the issue with the liquid detergent, otherwise it would be 5 stars.
Το έχω από τον Δεκέμβριο του 2022 και μέχρι στιγμής δεν έχει παρουσιάσει κανένα πρόβλημα.
Κάθε μήνα το πλυντήριο μου υπενθυμίζει να κάνω το πρόγραμμα καθαρισμού κάδου, κάτι που κάνω τακτικά. Διαθέτει όλα τα προγράμματα που χρειάζομαι και μπορώ να τα προσαρμόζω ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες μου. Ο έλεγχος γίνεται είτε από το ίδιο το πλυντήριο είτε μέσω της εφαρμογής στο κινητό. Ωστόσο, για να ξεκινήσει το πλύσιμο, πρέπει να πατηθεί το κουμπί εκκίνησης πάνω στο πλυντήριο.
Έχει αρκετά χρήσιμα προγράμματα, όπως:
Εξωτερικού χώρου (ιδανικό για μπουφάν)
Απολύμανσης
Κλινοσκεπασμάτων (για παπλώματα)
Πετσετών, το οποίο κάνει και για μικρά χαλάκια
Είναι σημαντικό να διαβάσετε τις οδηγίες, γιατί κάθε πρόγραμμα έχει διαφορετικό επιτρεπόμενο βάρος. Το ότι είναι 12 κιλών δεν σημαίνει ότι μπορείτε να γεμίσετε τον κάδο με ό,τι χωράει. Π.χ. ένα μονό πάπλωμα που ζυγίζει περίπου 2 κιλά, όταν βραχεί το βάρος του αυξάνεται περίπου 2-3 φορές, όπως και σε πετσέτες, ριχτάρια ή σεντόνια. Γι’ αυτό προσέχω να γεμίζω τον κάδο περίπου μέχρι τη μέση όταν αφορά ρούχα και πάπλωμα, ριχτάρι ή χαλάκι πάντα ένα ένα.
Έχω πλύνει αρκετές φορές μονά και διπλά παπλώματα. Έχω ελέγξει πρώτα το βάρος τους(έως 2kg) και κοιτάω να τα πλένω σε χαμηλές στροφές(400) για να μην ταλαιπωρείται το πλυντήριο.
Έχει τύχει κάποιες φορές, κατά το στύψιμο, να "κλωτσάει" η πόρτα. Ίσως να οφειλόταν σε μικρή υπερφόρτωση, αν και νομίζω ότι μου έχει συμβεί και με κανονική ποσότητα ρούχων. Ίσως σχετίζεται με το ότι ορισμένα υφάσματα, γίνονται πολύ πιο βαριά όταν βραχούν, οπότε αυξάνουν το φορτίο στον κάδο και επηρεάζουν τη σταθερότητα στο στύψιμο. Πάντως μέχρι τώρα το Νοέμβριο του 2025 δεν έχει πάθει τίποτα.
Το συρτάρι διαθέτει θήκες για απορρυπαντικό πρόπλυσης, κύριας πλύσης και μαλακτικό. Έχω παρατηρήσει όμως ότι όταν βάζω υγρό απορρυπαντικό στη θήκη της κύριας πλύσης, φαίνεται να διαρρέει λίγο προς τα κάτω, οπότε ίσως μέρος του απορρυπαντικού να χάνεται στην αρχή. Αντίθετα, όταν βάζω το απορρυπαντικό μέσα στον κάδο (π.χ. μέσα σε καπάκι), βλέπω καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα και περισσότερη σαπουνάδα.
Συνολικά είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος, κάνει σωστά τη δουλειά του, έχει πολλές επιλογές και είναι αξιόπιστο. Μικρό μειονέκτημα το ελαφρύ "κλότσημα" στο στύψιμο και το θέμα με το υγρό απορρυπαντικό, αλλιώς θα ήταν 5 αστεράκια.
