    I don't classify it as 'healthy' but it is definitely effective. Having dry skin and atopic dermatitis, it didn't affect me at all! It's not that I use it sparingly, but it has lasted over 2 years!!!! I apply it well and spray carefully from a distance (10 pumps) after washing my hair once I take off the towel. Not only did it help me grow my hair longer, but it also gave me strong hair, especially in winter with the snow when the hairdryer goes back and forth!!
