I used it directly for cutting iron angles... the motor doesn't heat up at all... 100 cuts in a row without any problems... the cuts are quite good, sturdy construction, user-friendly handle... the price is 151 euros, I don't think there is anything better at this price... and the company may have included a higher quality disc...

I bought it about 1.5 months ago when my BOSCH suddenly broke down, which was of the same type as the METABO, which I had for almost 12 years and it could cut all types of iron, especially solid ones up to 20 millimeters, up to 80-kilogram profiles in various jobs. When I opened the box, I saw a sturdy machine, almost the same weight as the BOSCH, very well-made and high-quality. However, it has a small issue that can be easily solved. If the safety switch on the panel is 16A, change it immediately and put a 20A one. The reason is that the machine has an instant start and it draws 15A, which easily trips the 16A switch. As a machine, it cuts well and steadily if you know how to cut. I threw away the included wheel and replaced it with my own, which I know their quality and how they cut. When I cut a 20mm solid piece, it cut it crookedly, and it took me 10 minutes to figure out whether the machine was fine or not. However, the disc that comes with it for thick materials and more doesn't work at all. So, for a while now that I have the METABO, I have cut with it over 200 times and haven't noticed any problems. On the contrary, I appreciate it. If it's worth its money? Yes, every last euro. For demanding hobbyists and professionals, yes. The 4 stars are because it would have been good to have a smoother start so that you don't have to change the switch on the panel, and secondly, it's ridiculous to include such a poor-quality disc as a gift and ruin such a high-quality machine, making some customers think they bought a lousy tool while cutting.

Οταν ανοιξα λοιπων το κουτι ειδα ενα στιβαρο μηχανημα σχεδον ιδια κιλα τα δυο τους, πολυ καλοφτιαγμενο και ποιοτικο. Εχει ομως ενα θεματακι που λυνετε ευκολα, αν η ασφάλεια του πινακα που συνδέεται ειναι 16Α Αλαξε την αμεσα και βαλτε 20 Α. Ο λογος ειναι οτι εχει αμεση εκκίνηση το μηχανημα 15Α περνει, και ριχνει πολυ ευκολα την 16 ασφάλεια. Σαν μηχανημα κοβει καλα σταθερα αν ξερεις να κοβεις. Ο τροχος που εχει δωρο μεσα εγω το πεταξα στα σκουπιδια και εβαλα δικους μου που ξερω την ποιότητα τους και το πως κοβουν , οταν σε 20αρι μασιφ το εκοψε στραβα σε δευτερο τα ιδια και μου πηρε 10 λεπτα σε κοψιματα ισια η φαλτσα να καταλαβω πληρως πως το μηχανημα ειναι μια χαρα αλλα ο δισκος που εχει μεσα για χοντρα και οχι μονο δεν κανει με τιποτα. Ετσι λοιπων εδω και λιγο καιρο που εχω το METABO σε δουλειες μου εχω κοψει μαζι του πανω απο 200 φορες δεν διαπίστωσα καπιο προβλημα. Το αντιθετο το χερωμαι. Αν αξιζει τα λεφτα του. Ναι μεχρι το τελευταιο ευρω. Για απαιτητικους ερασιτεχνες και επαγγελματιες Ναι. Τα 4 αστερια ειναι πως καλο ηταν να ειχε ομαλη εκινηση για να μην αλαζεις ασφαλεια στον πινακα και δευτερον τι χαζομάρα να βαλουν τετια μαπα δισκο μεσα δωρο και να χαντακωσουν τετοιο ποιοτικο μηχανημα με το να νομιζουν καπιοι πελατες πως πηραν μαπα εργαλειο την ωρα που κοβουν.

Τι δισκο προτεινετε για ακριβεις κοπες σε κοιλοδοκους;Κυριως καθετα και 45 μοιρες.
Προτείνω να πάρετε έναν δίσκο φ355 και 3mm πάχος , γιατι ο λεπτοτερος έχει ταλάντωση.
