It is already pre-seasoned, meaning it has been coated with vegetable oil to create a suitable non-stick film to prevent food from sticking. Ideal for saganaki, eggs, sauces, as well as outdoor cooking.

Cast-iron cookware has an exceptional ability to retain the heat of the food steadily during cooking. Additionally, cooking in cast-iron cookware is generally healthier, as they do not contain artificial chemical compounds like Teflon.
