The Explora series by Risoli is made of cast aluminum and the non-stick coatings vary depending on the utensil. The utensils in this series were designed to satisfy even the most demanding user, combining practicality, ergonomics, and unique design.

This particular utensil is ideal for pizza, meat, vegetables, and any kind of baking.

Care and Usage Instructions

  • Before using the utensils, wash them with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge, dry them thoroughly, and coat them with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the utensils while empty and do not leave them on the fire after the liquid has evaporated or they are empty. Cast aluminum is a very good heat conductor and continuous overheating could damage the coating.
  • Cook at low to medium temperatures.
  • For a longer lifespan of the utensil, let it cool down after use and wash it later with a soft sponge.
  • Choose kitchen tools made of wood, plastic, or silicone to avoid damaging the coating.
  • Do not store food in the utensils.
  • After a "thermal shock" or a change in the color of the coating, there is no negative impact on the quality and effectiveness of the product during use.
