Due to its construction with a seat and a comfortable backrest, exercises are performed in a reclined position - safe for the spine and additionally exercises the abdominal muscles. It uses a magnetic resistance system that is easily managed by a computer. Its 32 adjustment levels allow you to precisely adjust the resistance to the desired training level.

A major advantage of the Glow bike is a computer compatible with the iConsole + app for mobile devices, which allows wireless operation using a smartphone via Bluetooth. The USB charging port makes it easy to use your mobile device, while the 12 training programs motivate you to improve the effectiveness of each workout.
