A promising purchase that did not live up to expectations.
A picture is worth a thousand words. You can see in the photo the point where the hallway folds. The glue with which the cushion deck is attached to the chassis has failed. The result is A and a deal breaker: during walking, air pockets are created where the glue has failed, which are transferred to the surface of the deck and cause a constant clicking sound. B. When folding and unfolding, the glue that comes off feels like using a huge Velcro.
After 1 month, it detaches even more from every side. The problem is either due to poor quality glue that has failed or to a good implementation of an otherwise excellent idea.
Unfortunately, we are not talking about an isolated issue, as the internet is full of similar problems.
Yes, it looks nice, yes it saves space due to its sleek design and nice finish (it doesn't look too gym-like), and yes it was extremely quiet for the few days it lasted. Only the motor is now quiet.
The triple cushion is just a gimmick, its thickness should be around 1.5 millimeters.
I did not bother with the warranty because I intervened even more to see if I could fix it myself, as it seems on the internet that the representatives tend to consider the symptoms normal.
Buy it if you definitely want something discreet for your space and you are willing to deal with warranties, etc. if necessary, and if you don't mind if something meets your initial expectations to be quiet. As for portability, it's okay, let's say, but for carpet it was not as easy (it's heavy and sticks to and pulls the carpet).
If it wasn't foldable, walking pads might be better since the deck doesn't need to fold, so there is a chance to avoid the failure.

Μια εικόνα χίλιες λέξεις. Βλέπετε στη φώτο το σημείο όπου διπλώνει ο διάδρομος. Η κόλλα με την οποία το cushion deck είναι κολλημενο στο σασί σε πούμε έχει αστοχήσει. Αποτελέσματα Α και deal breaker : κατά το περπάτημα δημιουργούνται θύλακες αέρα στα οποία έχει αστοχήσει η κόλλα οι οποίοι στη διάρκεια του βήματος μεταφέρονται στην επιφάνεια του deck και προκαλούν κλακ κλακ όλη την ώρα. Β. κατά το δίπλωμα ξεδίπλωμα η κόλλα που ξεκόλλα κάνει σαν να βάζεις βγάζεις ένα τεράστιο βελκρο.
Μετά από 1 μήνα, ξεκολλάει ακόμη περισσότερο από κάθε πλευρά. το πρόβλημα οφείλεται είτε στην κακης ποιότητας κόλλα που αστόχησε είτε σε καλή υλοποίηση μιας κατα τα άλλα εξαιρετικής ιδέας.
Δυστυχώς, δεν μιλάμε για μεμονωμένο θέμα, το ιντερνετ είναι γεμάτο από παρόμοια προβλήματα.
Ναι είναι ωραίος, ναι δένει με το χώρο λόγω λιτών γραμμών και ωραίου φινιρίσματος (δε φαίνεται πολύ γυμναστήριακος) και ναι ήταν εξαιρετικα ήσυχος τις λίγες μέρες που κρατησε. Μόνο το μοτέρ είναι αθόρυβο πλέον.
Το δε τριπλό cushion του είναι λίαν επιεικώς gimmick, το πάχος του ζήτημα να είναι 1.5 χιλιοστό.
Δεν ασχολήθηκα με DOA γιατί με μια πατέντα ψιλοεστρωσε αλλά στην πορεία είχαμε τα ίδια. Δεν ασχολήθηκα με εγγύηση γιατί επενέβησα ακόμη περισσότερο μήπως και το σώσω μόνος μιας και φαίνεται στο νετ οτι οι αντιπροσωπείες τείνουν να βρίσκουν τα συμπτώματα φυσιολογικά.
Αγοράστε αν οπωσδήποτε θέλετε κάτι διακριτικό για το χώρο σας και είστε πρόθυμοι να εμπλακειται με εγγυήσεις κτλ αν χρειαστεί και δεν σας απασχολεί αν κάτι εκπληρώνει τις αρχικές σας προσδοκίες να είναι αθόρυβο. Όσον αφορά την φορητότητα είναι οκ ας πούμε, ωστόσο για τη συζυξ δεν ήταν το ίδιο εύκολο (είναι βαρύ και στα χαλιά κολλάει και τραβάει και το χαλί μαζί).
Αν δεν ήταν foldable ίσως τα walkingpads να είναι καλύτερα μιας και δεν χρειάζεται το deck να διπλώνει οπότε υπάρχει πιθανότητα να γλυτώνουν την αστοχία.
