The herbs spirit Majuni with a bittersweet taste, is made from 15 different herbs, spices, roots, and flowers from all over Greece, which through delicate processes of distillation, extraction, and maturation, give the drink a complex and balanced profile with an amber color. On the nose, its spicy character dominates, with thyme and ginger accompanied by herbal notes of sage and citrus. Its taste, with angelica root and licorice added to the aromas, makes it simultaneously sweet and bitter.
