One of the most user-friendly and useful sensors! I connected this one to Arduino and, together with a display, I made a thermometer/hygrometer for my home! There are ready-made and free libraries for programming it through the Arduino IDE, so I would say it is the best choice if you want to measure temperature and humidity. Finally, comparing it to other thermometers, I think the temperature measurements are reliable. Unfortunately, I don't have any other hygrometer to check the humidity measurements, but I don't think they will be bad either!
