We contacted the company to suggest a solution to fix it and they told us that they couldn't do anything and that we should have addressed it immediately when we first noticed the damage. It's a shame because the bag was barely used.

Κρίμα γιατί η τσάντα χρησιμοποιήθηκε ελάχιστα.
