    5 drops provide 400 IU of vitamin D. If someone needs to take 2,000–5,000 IU daily, which is a common dose, they would need to take 50 drops. The bottle is small and completely uneconomical. It will be finished in a few days. If you are an adult, this product is not for you; it may be suitable for babies, I don’t know.
