I have been the owner of this particular mobile phone for almost a year. If someone asked me until last week, I would have told them the best things about an amazing phone at a price that other companies' equivalents approach twice the price. However, all this changed until last week when I also encountered this problem with the calls that several people have mentioned. It is unacceptable for a mobile phone not to receive and make calls. I don't care about its cost, a €50 phone and a €1000 phone must DEFINITELY make calls.

Informally, for anyone interested, after contacting my mobile phone provider, they activated the Wi-Fi calling service for me and the problem seems to be solved. At least temporarily, because essentially it is not a problem of the provider but of the device. For so many days that I had the problem, I would put the SIM in my old device to make a call. However, since yesterday with the activation of the service, everything is fine.

Anyway, for better or worse, I am already planning to start saving money for the next phone which WILL NOT BE from this company for sure. As correctly seen in other comments, that's why Apple and Samsung are close to conquering the world. I hope I helped...

I have it for less than a month but I happened to use it quite a bit. I use it for calls, camera (photos about 95%, videos 5%), and generally non-gaming applications. In terms of performance, it is amazing. The camera is incredible (I come from a 2017 Samsung A3) and I have taken amazing photos, especially landscapes. The calls are fine, I didn't have any issues. The applications are also fine, nothing has crashed so far, all the updates have been done properly, as well as the software updates for the phone itself. It has various apps that enhance the user experience. The Bluetooth works perfectly as I have connected it to a Huawei watch. The 5G also works perfectly. The only downside is the battery that drains quickly. However, with the 65W charger, the situation is somewhat balanced as it charges very quickly. But still, if you are traveling, you will need a good power bank to be covered. Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase and I am looking forward to discovering more of its capabilities.

Two months ago, I bought the Poco F3, but I got disappointed after the last update it received, as the battery was draining quickly. Throughout all these years with so many mobile phones, I have never experienced the phone literally coming with an empty battery (I thought it was defective because it wouldn't turn on :P). However, this quickly helped me realize the value of the 65W charging, as it only took half an hour to charge from 1% to 98% (while also downloading apps and so on, imagine that). So, we're talking about lightning-fast charging. As for the cameras, I haven't really explored them yet, but at first glance, they are better than the F3, of course. The screen is amazing with great resolution, and the smaller size is truly the best if you want something more compact. The phone is sleek, as well as the fingerprint sensor (the F3 also had a lightning-fast fingerprint sensor, but here we're talking about on-screen, quick response, not on the side). If I can find a negative based on experience and first use, it would be the speaker, as I was used to stereo sound on the F3, so the difference is noticeable. Realme also offers countless gestures/customization options, so you can truly tailor it to your needs. Overall, for the 300 euros I paid, I believe, based on experience, that it will be worth every penny. As for battery life, I used it for about an hour after taking it off the charger, and the battery dropped to 90%, so it will easily last a day and something with normal use. Very satisfied with the device. Fast with a smooth high-resolution screen.
The fingerprint sensor is very fast (better than the Samsung A52s). The package includes a charger and a case! With the 8/256 version, I haven't experienced any device freezes, but sometimes when playing music from Spotify in the background and unlocking the device, the music cuts off for half a second. It has received an update to Android 12 (realme ui 3.0), which fixed an issue where it wouldn't automatically switch from Wi-Fi to data when out of range, and I think the battery has improved in some aspects. I use the dark theme and keep the screen permanently at 60hz, with data constantly on all day (4G+) when I'm not on Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth always on due to connection with the Huawei Watch Fit, and with ambient display for notifications. I get around 7 hours of screen time from 100% to 15%. I think it's a very good choice, but it would be good to see it in person as it might seem slightly smaller than ideal!
I will update after two months of use. Everything is functioning correctly without any freezes, and the battery has improved after the latest update, although it may still be slightly shorter in duration than ideal, but the night photos are average. Especially for night portrait photos. The Poco X3 Pro takes better ones!!! (which I didn't expect, but maybe MIUI 13 does a better job there)

I have a mobile phone for a week. For your money (350 euros from a big chain) it is great in terms of phone usage, screen, and cameras. It connects to everything without any problem and does not disconnect for no reason. It has the ability to receive 5G signal simultaneously on both sims. Very good hotspot. The screen comes with a pre-applied quality membrane (I am relaying the words from a shop with related accessories that added a protective glass to the rear cameras and saw it). Incredibly fast, "clean" android (much better in operation than xiaomi - I have experience from redme 9 pro). The combination (processor - ram - 256gb) is estimated to be sufficient for the next 3-4 years. The downside is the battery that discharges quickly (they run quite a bit in the background) but easily lasts the day. It lasts one and a half days (36 hours) without much fuss and without activating any power saving. However, charging is incredible with the 65w charger. In 20-25 minutes from 15% it charges to 100%. I hope it lasts and has longevity over time.
UPDATE: 03/04/2022. No problem like the first day. The battery easily lasts a day from morning with a lot of use (not gaming though).
Update: After 5 months of use, everything works like the first day.

My old mobile phone, almost three years old, started having touch problems due to oxidation, so I had to look for a new phone. I wanted it to have Android 11, as "stock" as possible, 5G, a high-frequency OLED screen, at least 6/128 GB memory, a headphone jack, dual SIM, NFC, and a price up to 300 euros. GSMArena and Skroutz (a combination of what is available internationally and in Greece) ultimately led me to the Realme GT Master edition. The Motorola Edge 20 Fusion or Lite also met the requirements, which I preferred because of its clean Android, but its availability/price was not good in Greece. Although probably slightly better, the Xiaomi Poco F3 does not have a headphone jack, so it was excluded. So, the Realme GT Master that I chose is pretty good. I got the black color, but the gray with the textured back is probably nicer. Realme UI 2.0 is quite close to the stock Android 11 UI, with some nice extensions regarding the screen, notifications, and battery management. Especially in the latter, Realme provides several power management extensions for applications, and yes, it charges at 65W - and yes, a 65W charger is included in the package, a significant cost that must be taken into account (along with the screen protector and protective case). The phone is fast, without any lag, although I don't play games or have too many applications. Its camera is good for its category. The screen is excellent, with adaptive refresh rate and an under-screen fingerprint reader. The combination of dark mode, (re)active background, and edge notifications is very nice. It also has many customization options, as well as many convenience tools. Unfortunately, the phone comes with quite a bit of bloatware, some of which can be disabled/uninstalled. I went a step further and uninstalled several other hidden applications via ADB shell. Unfortunately, some of them caused a problem with the phone, which entered an endless loop during startup. I had to do a factory reset and start over. Then, I only removed packages for Netflix, Facebook, Twitter, etc. However, its battery doesn't last as long as I expected, despite the great power management capabilities of the applications. It lasts me about 2 days, despite the low usage of internet/data/WiFi and calls.

Κάτοχος αυτού του κινητού εδώ και περίπου 3 μήνες. Το αγόρασα 350€ με τα μεραφορικά. Η μετάβαση έγινε από το Samsung Galaxy S7, το οποίο τα έφτυσε στα 3 περίπου χρόνια. Κάνω αρκετά βαριά χρήση - ουσιαστικά, είμαι με το κινητό στο χέρι όλη τη μέρα! Οπότε, νομίζω πως μπορώ να συνεισφέρω 2-3 εμπεριστατωμένες πληροφορίες.
Γι' αυτό το κινητό έχω να πω σχεδόν μόνο πολύ καλά λόγια. Πιο συγκεκριμένα:

Θετικά:
1) Γρήγορο, δεν κολλάει πουθενά, κάνω πολλά πράγματα ταυτόχρονα και τα εκτελεί όλα άψογα.
2) Πανέμορφο, ελαφρύ, πολύ λεπτό και κομψότατο. Τρομερό design, να χαίρεσαι να το βλέπεις και να το κρατάς στα χέρια σου.
3) Απίθανη τιμή για τον συνδυασμό των παροχών 8GB Ram, 256GB αποθηκευτικό χώρο, super amoled οθόνη υψηλής ανάλυσης, εξαιρετικές κάμερες, 120Hz ρυθμό ανανέωσης, υπερταχύτατη φόρτιση 65W κτλ.
4) Καταπληκτικές κάμερες. Βγάζω τέλειες φωτογραφίες, αν και δεν είμαι γενικά της φωτογραφίας - και αυτό το σκέλος ήταν ανάμεσα σε αυτά που με ενδιέφεραν το λιγότερο. Παρόλα αυτά, οι φωτογραφίες που βγάζει είναι υπέροχες, και ενώ έχει άπειρες ρυθμιστικές παραμέτρους, που ούτε καν έχω ψάξει. Και οι selfie πολύ καλές (32MP η μπροστινή του κάμερα). Και τα βίντεο μού φαίνονται πολύ καλά, αν και δεν έχω τραβήξει αρκετά, ώστε να μπορώ να εξάγω ασφαλή συμπεράσματα.
5) ΑΠΙΣΤΕΥΤΑ ΓΡΗΓΟΡΗ φόρτιση! Εφαρμόζω το tip για φόρτιση μεταξύ 20-80, για να επιμηκύνω τη διάρκεια της ζωής της μπαταρίας, και είναι πραγματικά αστείο το πόσο γρήγορα πάει από το 20 στο 80 - ίσως μέχρι να φάω το πρωινό μου, ένα 10λεπτο. Είναι πολλές οι φορές που θα το βάλω και από το 2-3%, θα κάνω μια σχετικά γρήγορη δουλειά, και όταν θα το κοιτάξω, θα είναι 100%!! Ειλικρινά, αν δεν έχετε εμπειρία στη γρήγορη φόρτιση, όπως δεν είχα εγώ, θα πάθετε πλάκα μ' αυτήν την ταχύτητα!
6) ΕΧΕΙ υποδοχή για ακουστικά! Και στο Skroutz και σε άλλες σελίδες καταστημάτων που παρέθεταν τα χαρακτηριστικά του κινητού, παρέλειπαν την είσοδο 3.5mm. Jack για ακουστικά (σε βαθμό να σκεφτώ σοβαρά να μην το πάρω και μόνο γι'αυτόν τον λόγο!). Τελικά, όταν το άνοιξα (από την πανέμορφη θήκη του παρεμπιπτόντως), διαπίστωσα με πολύ ευχάριστη έκπληξη (και ανακούφιση) ότι έχει είσοδο για ακουστικά!

Ουδέτερα (ειλικρινά, ΔΕΝ έχω κάτι αρνητικό να πω):
1) Η μπαταρία δεν κρατάει ακριβώς όσο θα ήθελα. Δηλαδή, φορτίζω κάθε μέρα, και μερικές μέρες, και 2 φορές. ΑΛΛΑ-σημαντικές σημειώσεις: 1)κάνω πάρα πολύ βαριά χρήση, δηλαδή το έχω στο χέρι μου πολλές ώρες της μέρας, παίζοντας σκάκι, βλέποντας βίντεο, social κτλ. & 2)Το φορτίζω τις περισσότερες φορές μεταξύ 20 και 80%. Σε ορισμένες μέρες που το χρησιμοποίησα κάπως νορμάλ, έβγαλε πολύ άνετα τη μέρα. Για μια μέση-φυσιολογική χρήση, δηλαδή, θα έλεγα ότι η μπαταρία είναι μια χαρά - δεν είναι σούπερ αλλά και ούτε κι ότι θα σας κρεμάσει. Είναι καλή η μπαταρία, βγάζει τη μέρα αν δεν το ξεφτιλίσετε. Αν λιώνετε, όμως, με το κινητό με παιχνίδια, βίντεο όλη τη μέρα κτλ., ίσως χρειάζεστε κάτι άλλο.
2) Πολλά σχόλια διάβασα σχετικά με τον ήχο, ότι είναι μονοφωνικός και όχι τόσο καθαρός κτλ. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι, αν είχε και στερεοφωνικό ήχο (+ memory card slot), θα ήταν ναυαρχίδα άξια για 600-700€. Ο ήχος δεν είναι από τα δυνατά σημεία του κινητού χωρίς όμως επ' ουδενί να σημαίνει αυτό ότι δεν είναι και καλός!! Αντιθέτως, μιας και ακούω metal, απολαμβάνω τη μεγάλη ένταση του ηχείου! Ακούω πολύ ευχάριστα μουσική και βίντεο, και ειλικρινά δεν τραβάω κανένα ζόρι. Θα ήθελα να είναι στερεοφωνικός, αλλά η αλήθεια είναι ότι βρίσκω αυτήν την παράμετρο λίγο πολυτέλεια. Όταν ακούω μουσική, ακούω στο cd player μου ή σε Marshall bluetooth ηχείο που έχω έτσι κι αλλιώς, και από κινητό σχεδόν πάντα ακούω από ακουστικά, οπότε δε μου λείπει ο στέρεο ήχος.
3) Το μόνο που θα μπορούσα να θεωρήσω ως ψεγάδι στο κινητό είναι η έλλειψη εισόδου για memory card. Ωστόσο, με 256GB αποθηκευτικό χώρο, νομίζω ότι δεν αποβαίνει περιοριστική αυτή η έλλειψη.
