I bought this head at the end of February - beginning of March 2026! I have only used it 6 times!!!!!!!!!! and it opened up as you can see in the photo! I am asking for help from those who have already posted about the same problem or from anyone else who knows what actions I should take. Is there a possibility for a replacement? What is your experience? Thank you

In general, I didn't like the price, I wanted it a bit cheaper. As a product, it's excellent, it does the job. It restored the machine to its original condition. Lately, I've noticed that I can't shave my mustache as much as I'd like. There are always hairs left there, maybe I'm doing something wrong. Other than that, it's excellent. My previous one broke exactly after 2 years

I received a defective product. The first day I tried it I asked for a replacement but it was rejected because they told me it was used. If I hadn't opened it, I wouldn't have been able to tell if it was defective or not.

The head cuts very well and I haven't had any cases of cuts so far (I've had it for 1 month and I shave my head and face on average every third day).

The head that the machine had when I bought it (s9 pro), I used with the same frequency for about a year and its performance had dropped, so the difference seemed significant to me.

I will buy it again.

This particular product can be used for both series 9 machines, not just the 9 pro. It is a better upgrade compared to the previous replacement, it cuts much better.

It goes without saying that it cuts very well, but I don't see any significant difference from the previous one I had (the original s9 model). However, it is a newer model and the reviews say that it is better. Perhaps the difference is small and may not be noticeable to all types of users.

Improved compared to previous ones, especially the first ones. It's not worth switching to 9pro, change the shaving head instead!

Very good replacement for the S-9 Braun machine. I believe it is better than the original one that was available when purchasing the machine.
