Stay away!!! The worst purchase a person can make.
First time using it and as expected, the light indicating that the filter needs cleaning turned on. I cleaned it, put it back in place, and the light didn't turn off, but it also didn't start working unless the light goes off.
I called the company from where I made the purchase (what a mistake) because we had also purchased an extended warranty, and they told me they would notify me (40 days later and they still haven't called me). Out of frustration, I also called Whirlpool and they said they would send a technician.
By the time the technician arrived after 3 days, there had been a power outage and the light turned off. The technician checked it and said there was no damage...
The second time I tried to use it, the same thing happened at the end of the program. I called Whirlpool again, they sent a technician, he unplugged it and plugged it back in, and the light turned off. He told me that he couldn't find any damage and if it happens again, I should unplug it to reset it and turn off the indicator... A SERIOUS RESPONSE FROM A SERIOUS COMPANY.
And as if all of this wasn't enough, they also told me that because the technician had come before and "didn't find a problem" the first time, it was free, but for the second time when he came because I unplugged it and reset it, they couldn't find any damage and they had to charge me 25 euros for the unnecessary visit... So I paid 500 euros for it, gave another 90 euros to the company I bought it from supposedly for the extended warranty, and also paid another 25 euros to the technician just to tell me that I have to unplug it every time... So every time I want to use it, I have to pay 25 euros to the technicians. Normal tariff, right?
I got scammed and it's over. You should be careful and stay away from Whirlpool
