The size is what it should be for a comfortable fit. The leather is very soft and the sole, although relatively hard due to design, is flexible, resulting in a very convenient shoe. I would like the insole to be more reinforced in the arch and to be slightly softer, then it would automatically fall into the category of orthopedic.
