It leaks! I returned the product and the new one leaked again! The coffee spilled in the bag with the laptop...

Durable and very good at keeping things, but not for more than 6 hours for a cold drink at least.. also a small detail, it doesn't fit in the car cup holders to support it, which annoys me, but I guess in other cars it might fit in the holders haha

It faded in the first wash in the washing machine at 50°. It opens and closes very difficultly to put in a straw, and finally for washing you have to struggle and risk damaging it to unscrew it at the 2 points. Disappointment, money wasted.

very beautiful, top quality, 100% leakproof for cold drinks, I don't use it for hot ones, it keeps coffee with ice cubes all day! I have tried dozens of thermoses and this is one of the best if not the best. I also have the large 2-liter wide mouth bottle which is also top notch. They may be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. For more affordable options I recommend the healthy human ones which are also very good as thermoses, as well as the kleen kanteen which are also reliable, but the chillys have the design. Now I read comments here that it leaks with hot drinks. Logically, when something is hot it creates steam and therefore pressure, so it's reasonable not to pour it straight from the coffee maker in... I think it even says so in the instruction leaflet, just use a little common sense..

It is a very practical and stylish thermos. Those who write in their reviews that it leaks when used with hot liquids, as someone else has already commented before me, are referring to incorrect use, meaning they have not read the instructions for use – they are written on the leaflet and also found inside the lid: with no thermos should you immediately close the cup when there is intense steam, as this creates pressure inside, such that when you open it, it splashes everywhere and on your hand. I have tried it with hot drinks, I haven’t tried it with cold ones yet, which in general are less demanding and can be preserved for longer. The top part of the lid twists, the little hole for drinking is just the right size, but that’s what makes it suitable for walking and taking a sip without spilling it all over yourself :) I’m thinking of buying another one!

Very convenient, the ice lasts until the next day with the lid closed! In hot drinks, due to steam, I prefer to leave the lid open for a while, and then I close it without leaks... even with the lid open, the hot drink stays warm for hours. I will definitely choose it again and again!

The worst by far!!! With hot drinks, it leaks from everywhere. No matter how much you tighten it, you end up getting dirty. On top of that, it is very heavy. For someone who walks and holds it in their hand, it becomes unbearable after a while. I gave 1 star only for the wonderful designs they make, but don't fall into the trap!

If the drink is hot, it leaks both from the lid and from the little hole!!! I read somewhere that you should let it cool down and then put it in the thermos. But if you let it cool down, what's the point of putting it in a thermos afterwards;;;; Also, it keeps it warm for much fewer hours than the manufacturer claims.
Nice colors and designs, good materials and texture, but unfortunately the main problem overshadows everything else!!!

Very beautiful and of good quality. Everything the manufacturer says is true. You need to be careful with the temperature to avoid leaks. The coffee is ok, but with teas, chamomile, etc. that are close to 90 degrees, there is an issue and that's why you need to let it cool first before closing it to avoid leaks. What bothers me personally is the slightest alteration in taste due to the container. Even though this one is stainless steel inside, when you go to drink and the hot liquid comes into contact with the lid, it leaves a plastic smell in the drink and it puts me off. I keep it as an emergency solution. I will continue to look for the perfect thermos cup/mug

Tested in daily use on a motorcycle in the center of Athens at temperatures above 30 degrees. It keeps coffee cold for several hours. Its disadvantage is with hot drinks. If you put something hot and then turn the spout to open the little hole at the top, it will most likely spray you due to the pressure. Also, this spout is not convenient for drinking.

I've had it for 2 years, mainly for freddo. It keeps drinks cold enough that in winter I even use fewer ice cubes because they just don't melt. In the summer at the beach, even in the sun all day, the ice definitely doesn't melt for 4-5 hours.
I haven't tried it much with hot drinks since I rarely drink hot coffee, but I haven't noticed any leaks there either if I hold it upright. Now, I wouldn't put it in my bag in case the coffee spills or leaks.
At first, I had trouble opening the lid to clean it, but now I've found a small spatula and I open it easily. It doesn't retain odors, at least for the drinks I've put in it; I suppose if I put something with milk, the smell might stick to the rubber, because with everything else, no smell remains.

In my personal opinion, it's not worth it because the French coffee I put in it all winter I treated like a holy grail since it leaked from everywhere, such a shame, very bad purchase.. In terms of build quality, it's good, but that's it!

The biggest disadvantage is in maintaining the temperature, which is the main requirement when buying such a product. Cold drinks warm up much faster than similar products at a lower price, e.g. Estia. For hot drinks, it performs better but for now I am testing it in the summer.
The problem in construction is the plastic lid.

If you exclude its price (which is quite high), it's amazing—it keeps the ice cubes for 10 hours easily without melting, even when used outside under the sun!

with minimal use, in the cold it doesn't leak but if it's a bit lukewarm it leaks immediately inside the bag even in an upright position. a second identical one I got is in slightly better condition but still not trustworthy for inside the backpack

Excellent quality, keeps the coffee warm but due to the light color it gets stained constantly, externally, from the coffee. I got it in black and it's perfect.

I use it for cold drinks. It keeps the temperature low for a long time and its lid is convenient for use with a straw without worrying about any insects getting into the drink or other debris. The capacity is quite large, so if you're mainly considering it for coffee, a slightly smaller one might suffice.

Very good company, that's why I chose it again. I also have the 1 L that it produces. Cold water lasts about 6 hours if you are inside an office. If you are outside, about 4 hours. Just like the Greek coffee I make, it keeps it hot for about 1 hour with the lid open.

This is my 3rd thermos, all of different brands. It's not the best, the best is the 24travel, but it's the most convenient in how it opens and that it fits in the car's cup holder. You should know that for cold drinks it does an amazing job keeping ice for about 8 hours easily, for hot drinks now, I'll give an example and whatever each person understands. I make cappuccino in the morning at 7:30, by 8:15 it's steaming hot, at 9:40 it's warm as it should be, at 11:30 it's still in good condition and drinkable.

It's a shame, I expected the company to maintain a better temperature.. For example, I put hot filter coffee in the container and after 1.5 hours my coffee is cold.. With the money it costs, I could have bought another one.. The only positive is the appearance and that it doesn't spill, but what good is it to drink cold coffee when you want it hot..

Very bad choice. The lid leaks even when I hold it in my hand while walking or in the baby stroller when I place it securely and straight in the cup holder. Also, it doesn't fit in the car's cup holder (fiat panda).
Nice in terms of aesthetics only.

You get what you pay for, it's expensive but very high quality. I use it with hot coffee and it doesn't spill at all as mentioned in the other reviews. It keeps the coffee hot for many hours (more than I need to drink it)

Very nice design, keeps drink hot for quite long (around 5 hours I would say), easy to carry around. However it is leaking sometimes when the drink is too hot or there a big portion of liquid inside. Very satisfied still!

Unfortunately, this one has a leak in the lid. I had one from the solid color series that did not have any issues.

Beautiful casing with a material that doesn't slip. It keeps the temperature of both hot and cold for many hours. However, after a few months of not daily use, it has a leak from the hole for the straw. Also, every time you use it, you have to rinse the ring on top that shows the hole well since it has a manufacturing flaw in my opinion. The drink passes between the rubber casing and the lid, causing it to stick. I wouldn't buy it again.

Very nice glass, expensive but keeps the temperature incredibly to the point that there is ice in the glass 10 hours later! For hot drinks, I found it completely useless, don't even think about it (I don't use it for that purpose so my rating doesn't decrease)!

After a year and a bit of use, its only flaw is that it doesn't keep the temperature of drinks for long, whether we're talking about cold or hot! It wins in that it's quite convenient and durable (it has taken a lot of hits and hasn't suffered the slightest damage). I don't think it's worth the money

I just got it and so far it's fine. It looks nice and works for my personal purposes. The only issue I can foresee is around the temperature limitations. I haven't had many thermal cups in my life but I've never seen these types of temperature limits (is it normal?). My coffee machine brews coffee at about 92-96 degrees Celsius, which is standard, but you can only put liquids 90 or less in, and then only shut the lid when it's at 60 which means you'd have to wait quite some time before you can leave your house (for example) with your hot coffee, which kind of defeats the purpose? Wait too long and it will just be warm/cold! If I were on the run a lot I'd want something I didn't have to think about so much. For that reason I'm giving it a lower rating because I don't think other insulated cups have this issue.

In cold drinks, it is perfect. I mainly use it for coffee. 3 stars though, it might also be blue, because it leaks in hot drinks.

The ice cubes stay in the glass for about 12 hours. I am impressed. Care should be taken when using hot beverages.
