I ordered two melodicas. The product photos are misleading, as the second one shows a carrying case, which unfortunately was not included in the packages. In the product description, as I realized after receiving the items, only the number of keys on the melodica is specified, but not the case, just like the other accessories, which were of course included. Therefore, there is no reason to dispute that “since the case is not mentioned in the description, it was justified not to send it,” because then they should have sent only the melodica, without the accessories (not to mention just the 32 keys by themselves). Also, on one of the two, 1–2 keys were defective (broken underneath). Unacceptable. Skroutz itself should assess the product photos and whether they match the description, etc.
Παρήγγειλα δύο μελόντικες. Οι φωτογραφίες του προϊόντος είναι παραπλανητικές, καθώς στη δεύτερη παρουσιάζεται μια τσάντα μεταφοράς, η οποία δυστυχώς δεν είχε συμπεριληφθεί στα δέματα. Στην περιγραφή του προϊόντος, όπως διαπίστωσα μετά την παραλαβή, αναγράφεται μόνο ο αριθμός των πληκτρών της μελόντικας, αλλά όχι η τσάντα, όπως άλλωστε και τα υπόλοιπα εξαρτήματα, τα οποία βέβαια ήρθαν κανονικά. Επομένως, δεν υπάρχει λόγος αμφισβήτησης ότι "αφού η τσάντα δεν αναγράφεται στην περιγραφή, είναι δικαιολογημένη η μη αποστολή της", γιατί τότε θα έπρεπε να είχαν στείλει μόνο τη μελόντικα, χωρίς τα αξεσουάρ (για να μην πω μόνο τα 32 πλήκτα, σκέτα). Επίσης, στη μια εκ των δύο, 1-2 πλήκτρα ήταν ελλατωματικά (σπασμένα από κάτω). Απαράδεκτο. Θα έπρεπε το ίδιο το Skroutz να αξιολογεί τις φωτογραφίες του προϊόντος, κι αν αυτές συμβαδίζουν με την περιγραφή κτλ.
I liked this melodica very much, it is perfect as a simple, quality, inexpensive melodica
