Αν το βαλω σε μοτεράκι 12v και με τροφοδοσία από μπαταρία 12βολτη, όταν μειώνω τις στροφές θα μειώνεται και η τάση που δίνει το κύκλωμα στο μοτεράκι? Η θα παραμένει σταθερή στα 12 v ?
