I placed it in the middle of the cabinet, but because it screws in only one way, the pressure from the door lifts the base and rotates it, and it doesn't work. I installed it in the corner, on the side where the hinge is (it doesn't matter if it's top or bottom), and it works well.

All good and nice, but the fact that it is only screwed on one side of the support angle does not give it good mechanical strength for long-term use. In two cases, it broke at the only point of support and I had to glue it with hot glue to make it work again...!
However, since they were put in the old kitchen cabinets, in an attempt to refresh and upgrade them, I didn't want to spend more money. Otherwise, I would have bought hinges with integrated brakes and adjustable screws, right/left, front/back.

Quite hard, it doesn't easily compress inside. That is, it doesn't go inside simply with the weight and pressure of the cabinet door, you have to push it yourself afterwards. I wouldn't recommend it.

Easy to install, only one screw needed. Very smooth movement when closing the door. For doors with 3 hinges, a double brake will be needed due to weight and volume.
