I bought this mobile phone for my elderly parents. Compared to a previous Samsung phone they had, they have been disappointed. The charging port is not active, meaning it does not automatically respond when you open it. The number 5 button has a camera shortcut and they accidentally keep turning it on. The top button has a profile shortcut and they accidentally put it on silent. The volume buttons are located in an inconvenient place on the side and get pressed unintentionally, resulting in the voice getting lowered. Unfortunately, Samsung has discontinued them and now I am looking for another similar phone that is worthy.

Έχει συντόμευση φακού τον αριθμό 5 και συνέχεια το ανάβουν κατά λάθος. Έχει συντόμευση προφίλ το πάνω κουμπί και το βάζουν κατά λάθος αθόρυβο. Έχει και στο πλάι σε άσχημο σημείο τα κουμπιά έντασης και πατιούνται όπως το κρατάς και χαμηλώνει η φωνή. Δυστυχώς η Samsung τα σταμάτησε και ψάχνω τώρα άλλο παρόμοιο που να είναι αντάξιο.

Η μπαταρία μια χαρα 3 μέρες άνετα, το ηχείο πολύ καλό και το καλύτερο δεν έχει κουμπί sos (ήταν πολύ ενοχλητικό σε προηγούμενο κινητό). Αν γίνει τίποτα περίεργο στη πορεία θα ενημερώσω.
Υ.Γ. Οχι δεν έχει μικρή γραμματοσειρά αλλά μικρή οθόνη...

If you want to waste your money, buy the Alcatel 2053D. It broke in less than 2 weeks: dark blue screen with black lines. When we called and told them about our problem, they told us to return it with a courier, at our own expense, and they will send it to the company to examine it and tell us what's wrong... So we have to pay 15€ for the courier (which is about half the cost of the phone itself) and be without a phone for at least a month. We should have read the reviews of this mobile and not bought it. After this, we started asking around and found out about 2 more cases of people who bought the same phone and it broke, and they simply threw it away because it wasn't worth the trouble to return it, and they never wrote a review. Most likely, there are many others who have been fooled. It's a waste of money. Beware!

Οταν πήραμε τηλέφωνο και τους είπαμε για το πρόβλημα μας είπαν να το επιστρέψουμε με courier, με δικά μας έξοδα, και θα το στείλουν στην εταιρεία να το εξετάσει και θα μας πουν τι έχει... Να δώσουμε, δηλαδή, 15€ για το courier (δηλαδή περίπου τα μισά λεφτά απο εκείνα που κόστισε όλο το τηλέφωνο) και να μείνουμε χωρίς τηλέφωνο για τουλάχιστον ένα μήνα. Θα έπρεπε να είχαμε διαβάσει τις αξιολογήσεις αυτού του κινητού και να μην το είχαμε αγοράσει. Μετά απο αυτό, αρχίσαμε να ρωτάμε τριγύρω και μάθαμε ακόμα 2 περιπτώσεις ανθρώπων που είχαν αγοράσσει το ίδιο κινητό που τους χάλασε και απλά το πέταξαν γιατί δεν άξιζε καν τον κόπο να το επιστρέψουν, και ποτέ δεν έγραψαν κάποια αξιολόγηση. Κατα πάσα πιθανότητα θα είναι πολλοί άλλοι που την έχουν πατήσει. Είναι χαμένα λεφτά. Προσοχή!!!!

Αύριο κιολας θα κοιτάξω να βρω κάτι άλλο και θα το επιστρέψω αν γίνεται γιατί έχει κλήσει περί τις 10 μέρες αγορά.

Μια εβδομάδα μετά, έχω να πω ότι μια χαρά τα λένε οι κριτικές, άδικα το πλήρωσα, κάθε μέρα είναι χωρίς μπαταρία και κάθε μέρα το φορτίζουμε (χωρίς να έχει μιλήσει καθόλου εν τω μεταξύ). Και να το φορτίσουμε, μέσα σε δεκα λεπτά είναι χωρίς μπαταρία. Μην το πάρετε, δεν αξίζει. Δώστε παραπάνω χρήματα κ πάρτε κάτι καλύτερο. Εγώ ήδη ψάχνω να βρω να το αντικαταστήσω.

First of all, the letters are small, the menu is difficult for the elderly, and most importantly, when it received one or two calls, it would lock and could not receive any more calls. Το αγόρασα για τους γονείς μου. Κατ'αρχήν τα γράμματα μικρά, το μενού δύσκολο για ηλικιωμένους και, το κυριότερο, όταν δεχόταν μία-δύο κλήσεις, μετά κλείδωνε και δεν μπορούσε να δεχτεί άλλες κλήσεις. Έπρεπε να πηγαίνω κάθε μέρα και να σβήνω τα μηνύματα για τις αναπάντητες ώστε να ξαναλειτουργήσει.
If you want to waste your money, buy the Alcatel 2053D. It broke in less than 2 weeks: dark blue screen with black lines. When we called and told them about our problem, they told us to return it with a courier, at our own expense, and they will send it to the company to examine it and tell us what's wrong... So we have to pay 15€ for the courier (which is about half the cost of the phone itself) and be without a phone for at least a month. We should have read the reviews of this mobile and not bought it. After this, we started asking around and found out about 2 more cases of people who bought the same phone and it broke, and they simply threw it away because it wasn't worth the trouble to return it, and they never wrote a review. Most likely, there are many others who have been fooled. It's a waste of money. Beware!
Αν θέλεις να πετάξεις τα λεφτά σου, αγόρασε το Alcatel 2053D. Χάλασε σε λιγότερο απο 2 εβδομάδες: μπλέ-σκούρα οθόνη με κάτι μαύρες γραμμές. Οταν πήραμε τηλέφωνο και τους είπαμε για το πρόβλημα μας είπαν να το επιστρέψουμε με courier, με δικά μας έξοδα, και θα το στείλουν στην εταιρεία να το εξετάσει και θα μας πουν τι έχει... Να δώσουμε, δηλαδή, 15€ για το courier (δηλαδή περίπου τα μισά λεφτά απο εκείνα που κόστισε όλο το τηλέφωνο) και να μείνουμε χωρίς τηλέφωνο για τουλάχιστον ένα μήνα. Θα έπρεπε να είχαμε διαβάσει τις αξιολογήσεις αυτού του κινητού και να μην το είχαμε αγοράσει. Μετά απο αυτό, αρχίσαμε να ρωτάμε τριγύρω και μάθαμε ακόμα 2 περιπτώσεις ανθρώπων που είχαν αγοράσσει το ίδιο κινητό που τους χάλασε και απλά το πέταξαν γιατί δεν άξιζε καν τον κόπο να το επιστρέψουν, και ποτέ δεν έγραψαν κάποια αξιολόγηση. Κατα πάσα πιθανότητα θα είναι πολλοί άλλοι που την έχουν πατήσει. Είναι χαμένα λεφτά. Προσοχή!!!!

Το χειρότερο κινητό που έχω αγοράσει,το είχα πάρει στην μητέρα μου,γραμματοσειρά πολύ μικρή, δύσκολο στην χρήση, η μπαταρία πέφτει σχετικά γρήγορα, έκλεινε από μόνο του ενώ μιλούσε και έπρεπε να ανοίξεις την μπαταρία για να ανοίξει πάλι και το χειρότερο ενώ μιλούσε έσπασε η μέσα οθόνη και η εγγύηση δεν το κάλυψε. Μιλάμε στους 3 μήνες χρήσης...ΜΑΚΡΙΑ να γλιτώσετε εσείς τουλάχιστον!!!

In the best case scenario, it is a tragic phone. An elderly person has it and after a week of use, it is ready to be thrown away. Very small font, it freezes incredibly, turns off by itself, hangs up during a call, and the battery drains surprisingly quickly with minimal use.

Όταν παίρνω την μητέρα μου και εκείνη πατήσει κατα λάθος το κουμπί της έντασης τότε η συσκευή γίνεται αυτόματα και μόνιμα mute με αποτέλεσμα να χρειάζεται να πάω από το σπίτι και να της κάνω επαναφορά στο προφιλ καθώς αυτό δεν επανέρχεται με τίποτα αν πας να το ρυθμίσεις. Επίσης, στην ένταση του ήχου κλήσης φτάνει μόνο μέχρι το 3/5... και έχει μόνο εναν ήχο κλήσης. Αύριο κιολας θα κοιτάξω να βρω κάτι άλλο και θα το επιστρέψω αν γίνεται γιατί έχει κλήσει περί τις 10 μέρες αγορά.

Απουσιάζει επίσης ένα πλήκτρο για κλήση SOS, που είναι απαραίτητο για υπερήλικες.
Δεν διατίθεται με ακουστικά και χωρίς αυτά δεν λειτουργεί το ραδιόφωνο.

In the name registration on the sim, while it accepts 17 letters, only 10 are displayed on the phone. The phone only accepts 10. I bought this mobile phone for my elderly parents. Compared to a previous Samsung phone they had, they have been disappointed. The charging port is not active, meaning it does not automatically respond when you open it. The number 5 button has a camera shortcut and they accidentally keep turning it on. The top button has a profile shortcut and they accidentally put it on silent. The volume buttons are located in an inconvenient place on the side and get pressed unintentionally, resulting in the voice getting lowered. Unfortunately, Samsung has discontinued them and now I am looking for another similar phone that is worthy.
Το κινητό το πήρα για τους γονείς μου που είναι μεγάλοι. Σε σχέση με ένα samsung που είχαν πριν, έχουν απογοητευτεί. Το πορτάκι δεν είναι ενεργό, δηλαδή δεν απαντάει αυτόματα όταν το ανοίγεις. Έχει συντόμευση φακού τον αριθμό 5 και συνέχεια το ανάβουν κατά λάθος. Έχει συντόμευση προφίλ το πάνω κουμπί και το βάζουν κατά λάθος αθόρυβο. Έχει και στο πλάι σε άσχημο σημείο τα κουμπιά έντασης και πατιούνται όπως το κρατάς και χαμηλώνει η φωνή. Δυστυχώς η Samsung τα σταμάτησε και ψάχνω τώρα άλλο παρόμοιο που να είναι αντάξιο.
The mobile phone is very good for calls and messages, for taking photos and other obvious things and obviously you go to another category. Το κινητό ειναι πολύ καλό για κλήσεις και μηνύματα, για να βγάζεις φωτογραφίες και λοιπά προφανώς και πας σε αλλη κατηγορία. Η μπαταρία μια χαρα 3 μέρες άνετα, το ηχείο πολύ καλό και το καλύτερο δεν έχει κουμπί sos (ήταν πολύ ενοχλητικό σε προηγούμενο κινητό). Αν γίνει τίποτα περίεργο στη πορεία θα ενημερώσω.
Υ.Γ. Οχι δεν έχει μικρή γραμματοσειρά αλλά μικρή οθόνη...
