Pollen is collected by placing special traps at the entrance of the hive. Pollen is a rich natural food in vitamins, proteins, essential amino acids, enzymes, and other useful components of great biological value for the human body.

Dried pollen has undergone moisture removal processing, resulting in a long shelf life without the risk of spoilage and the ability for easy transportation.

Usage Instructions:
  • 35g of pollen daily covers the needs for vitamins, proteins, and trace elements.
  • Start with small quantities.
  • You can mix it with honey, yogurt, milk, cereals, juices.
  • We recommend half a teaspoon daily for the first week.
  • Then increase so that the body gets used to 1 tablespoon.
  • If you want to achieve weight loss, it is recommended to consume before meals.
  • If you want to achieve weight gain, it is recommended to consume after meals.
  • Children 3-5 years old: 5g/day.
  • Children 6-12 years old: 10g/day.
  • Over 12 years old and adults: 15g/day.
