Great disappointment – Quality below Miele expectations
I bought the Miele Boost CX1 expecting the brand’s well-known reliability, but after just a year and a half of use, it turned out to be a very bad investment.
The biggest problem appeared with the telescopic tube: the plastic end where it connects to the floorhead cracked and broke completely, with the material looking 'polymerized' and brittle. It is unacceptable for a device in this price category to show such wear on its basic components, something I haven’t encountered even in much cheaper vacuum cleaners on the market.
Furthermore, regarding performance, its suction power is at best mediocre. Despite meticulous and regular cleaning of all filters and the bin, the vacuum does not meet the needs of a household.
Unfortunately, this particular series (Boost CX1) does not honor the Miele name. I do not recommend it at all.

With my previous vacuum cleaner, a Bosch with a 120€ canister, the change in cleaning quality was evident. On the carpet, I stopped passing 5 times from the same spot. This vacuum cleaner sucks and with one pass, you can hear that it collects from underneath. As for the laminate, it's wonderful. I haven't had it for long to know how the motor will go. Quality components. Nice design. Relatively quiet at low speeds.
Με προηγούμενη σκούπα μια Bosch με κάδο στα 120€ , η αλλαγή στην ποιότητα του σκουπίσματος ήταν εμφανής. Στο χαλί σταμάτησα να περνάω 5 φορές απ το ίδιο σημείο. Η σκούπα αυτή βεντουζαρει και με ένα πέρασμα ακούς ότι μαζεύει από κάτω. Στο laminate δε το συζητώ , υπέροχη.
Δεν την έχω καιρό για να γνωρίζω πως θα πάει το μοτέρ.

Former owner of a Rowenta stick vacuum decided to change due to insufficient power. I had been looking at this particular one for a while and finally took the step to purchase it. My house is very small, so I wanted something compact both in terms of usage and storage. It is relatively smaller in size compared to others. The power is good enough, with the highest setting being able to lift tiles. As for the material, I expected nothing less than Miele. It is very sleek and quite heavy. With the filter costing €25 for a change every six months, I don't know how much money I save compared to using bags. It comes with three additional attachments for use. I would like to inform you that after contacting Miele's representatives for assistance in choosing between models, they informed me that there is absolutely no difference between the first two models of the series, even though they have a price difference of €50-100. It's just a matter of promotion. So, don't hesitate to go for the cheaper one, it's exactly the same. If I had known this before placing my order, I would have chosen the more economical one.

Με το φίλτρο στα 25€ γι’αλλαγή στους έξι μήνες έως χρόνο δε ξέρω κατά ποσό εξοικονομείς χρήματα από τις σακούλες. Τρία επιπλέον εξαρτήματα για χρήση. Να σας ενημερώσω πως μετά από επικοινωνία με την αντιπροσωπία της Miele για να με βοηθήσει μεταξύ μοντέλων, με ενημέρωσαν πως δεν υπάρχει καμία απολύτως για φορά στα πρώτα δυο μοντέλα της σειράς και ας έχουν διαφορά 50-100€. Θέμα προώθησης μόνο. Όποτε μη διστάσετε να πάρετε την φθηνότερη είναι ακριβώς το ίδιο. Αν είχα ενημερωθεί πριν κάνω την παραγγελία θα είχα πάρει την πιο οικονομική κ εγώ.

Unfortunately, I bought it two months ago based on the reviews I read because I was looking to find a vacuum cleaner that would be very satisfactory on the first day. The result was very satisfying. However, from the third day onwards, for some reason, it doesn't suck anymore. I called the dealership and they told me to take it to the service center to have it checked. When you spend 250 euros on a vacuum cleaner, you expect it to last at least two years, not just once. They should have replaced the product for me.

Amazing vacuum cleaner. It's worth the 250 we paid and more. Very powerful, relatively quiet, very flexible in its movements, it doesn't leave any dust behind when you clean compared to others. Its size when stored is relatively compact and overall it is very beautiful and elegant. I chose it after a lot of research in reviews, videos, etc. I definitely recommend it. καταπληκτικη σκουπα. αξιζει τα 250 που δωσαμε και με το παραπανω. παρα πολλη δυνατη, σχετικα αθορυβη ,ειναι πολυ ευελικτη στις κινησεις της ,δεν αφηνει καθολου σκονη πισω οταν σκουπιζεις σε σχεση με αλλες, το μεγεθος της οταν την αποθηκευεις ειναι σχετικα μαζεμενο και γενικα ειναι παρα πολυ ομορφη και κομψη. την επελεξα μετα απο παρα πολυ ψαξιμο σε review, video κτλ. την προτεινω εννοειται. οποιος την παρει θα με θυμηθει.

The best vacuum in a very good size. I was looking for a vacuum for a long time and I wanted to buy a Miele vacuum because I had read very good reviews. However, most Miele vacuums are very large. This is the only small one I found. I have had it for 1 month and I declare myself thrilled! It finally cleaned my dirty carpets, it sucks up all the dirt. I was shocked when I vacuumed for the first time, there were so many dirt inside that my old vacuum couldn't pick up. For other carpets, I just lower the intensity. It's not silent, but it doesn't make a terrible noise either. Also, as a positive, it doesn't have bags and the dust container collects the dust in one place and the dirt in another. It empties very easily. I highly recommend it, value for money!!

Former owner of a Rowenta stick vacuum decided to change due to insufficient power. I had been looking at this particular one for a while and finally took the step to purchase it. My house is very small, so I wanted something compact both in terms of usage and storage. It is relatively smaller in size compared to others. The power is good enough, with the highest setting being able to lift tiles. As for the material, I expected nothing less than Miele. It is very sleek and quite heavy. With the filter costing €25 for a change every six months, I don't know how much money I save compared to using bags. It comes with three additional attachments for use. I would like to inform you that after contacting Miele's representatives for assistance in choosing between models, they informed me that there is absolutely no difference between the first two models of the series, even though they have a price difference of €50-100. It's just a matter of promotion. So, don't hesitate to go for the cheaper one, it's exactly the same. If I had known this before placing my order, I would have chosen the more economical one.
Πρώην κάτοχος σκούπας stick rowenta αποφασίσα ν’ αλλάξω λόγο ελλιπής δύναμης. Κοίτουσα καιρο τώρα την συγκεκριμένη και τελικά έκανα το βήμα της αγοράς. Το σπίτι μου είναι πολύ μικρό όποτε ήθελα κάτι μαζεμένο και όσο αφορά την χρήση και όσον αφορά την αποθήκευση. Σαν μέγεθος σχετικά μικρότερη από άλλες. Σαν δύναμη αρκετή καλή με την τελευταία βαθμίδα να σηκώνει και τα πλακάκια. Σαν υλικό δε περίμενα τίποτα λιγότερο από τη Miele. Πολύ όμορφη συμπαγής και αρκετά βαριά. Με το φίλτρο στα 25€ γι’αλλαγή στους έξι μήνες έως χρόνο δε ξέρω κατά ποσό εξοικονομείς χρήματα από τις σακούλες. Τρία επιπλέον εξαρτήματα για χρήση. Να σας ενημερώσω πως μετά από επικοινωνία με την αντιπροσωπία της Miele για να με βοηθήσει μεταξύ μοντέλων, με ενημέρωσαν πως δεν υπάρχει καμία απολύτως για φορά στα πρώτα δυο μοντέλα της σειράς και ας έχουν διαφορά 50-100€. Θέμα προώθησης μόνο. Όποτε μη διστάσετε να πάρετε την φθηνότερη είναι ακριβώς το ίδιο. Αν είχα ενημερωθεί πριν κάνω την παραγγελία θα είχα πάρει την πιο οικονομική κ εγώ.
It sucks very well, excellent if you have pets, very good price for a Miele, all the accessories are useful, the emptying bin is huge plus. It's smaller compared to older vacuum cleaners. I am very satisfied so far

Unfortunately, I bought it two months ago based on the reviews I read because I was looking to find a vacuum cleaner that would be very satisfactory on the first day. The result was very satisfying. However, from the third day onwards, for some reason, it doesn't suck anymore. I called the dealership and they told me to take it to the service center to have it checked. When you spend 250 euros on a vacuum cleaner, you expect it to last at least two years, not just once. They should have replaced the product for me.
εγώ δυστυχώς την αγόρασα πριν δύο μήνες από τα σχόλια που διάβασα γιατί έψαχνα να βρω μία σκούπα που να τα την πρώτη μέρα ήταν πολύ ικανοποιητικό το αποτέλεσμα της από την τρίτη μέρα και έπειτα για κάποιο λόγο δεν ρουφάει πήρα τηλέφωνο στην αντιπροσωπεία και μου είπε να το πάω στο service να το δούνε... όταν δίνεις 250 ευρώ για μία σκούπα θέλεις να σου βγάλει τουλάχιστον δύο χρόνια όχι μία φορά μόνο θα έπρεπε να μου κάνουν αλλαγή του προϊόντος...
Amazing vacuum cleaner. It's worth the 250 we paid and more. Very powerful, relatively quiet, very flexible in its movements, it doesn't leave any dust behind when you clean compared to others. Its size when stored is relatively compact and overall it is very beautiful and elegant. I chose it after a lot of research in reviews, videos, etc. I definitely recommend it. Whoever buys it will remember me.
καταπληκτικη σκουπα. αξιζει τα 250 που δωσαμε και με το παραπανω. παρα πολλη δυνατη, σχετικα αθορυβη ,ειναι πολυ ευελικτη στις κινησεις της ,δεν αφηνει καθολου σκονη πισω οταν σκουπιζεις σε σχεση με αλλες, το μεγεθος της οταν την αποθηκευεις ειναι σχετικα μαζεμενο και γενικα ειναι παρα πολυ ομορφη και κομψη. την επελεξα μετα απο παρα πολυ ψαξιμο σε review, video κτλ. την προτεινω εννοειται. οποιος την παρει θα με θυμηθει.

Τεράστιο Καλώδιο, ισχυρή & απορροφητική, βολική στην αποθήκευση, δεν χρειάζεται σακούλες και ένα από τα χρησιμότερα στοιχεία της είναι ότι, έχει πέλμα καθαρισμού χαλιών.

The best vacuum in a very good size. I was looking for a vacuum for a long time and I wanted to buy a Miele vacuum because I had read very good reviews. However, most Miele vacuums are very large. This is the only small one I found. I have had it for 1 month and I declare myself thrilled! It finally cleaned my dirty carpets, it sucks up all the dirt. I was shocked when I vacuumed for the first time, there were so many dirt inside that my old vacuum couldn't pick up. For other carpets, I just lower the intensity. It's not silent, but it doesn't make a terrible noise either. Also, as a positive, it doesn't have bags and the dust container collects the dust in one place and the dirt in another. It empties very easily. I highly recommend it, value for money!!
Η καλύτερη σκούπα σε πολύ καλό μέγεθος. Έψαχνα πολύ καιρό σκούπα και ήθελα να αγοράσω σκούπα miele γιατί είχα διαβάσει πολύ καλές κριτικές. Οι περισσότερες miele όμως έχουν πολύ μεγάλο μέγεθος. Είναι η μόνη μικρή που βρήκα. Την έχω 1 μήνα και δηλώνω ενθουσιασμένη! Τα μαλιαρα μου χαλιά επιτέλους καθάρισαν, τραβάει όλα τα σκουπίδια. Έπαθα πλάκα όταν τα σκούπισμα πρώτη φορά, είχαν τόσα πολλά σκουπίδια μέσα που η παλιά μου σκούπα δεν μπορούσε να ρουφήξει. Στα άλλα χάλια απλώς κατεβάζω την ένταση. Δεν είναι αθόρυβη, αλλά δεν κάνει και τρομερή φασαρία. Επίσης στα θετικά, δεν έχει σακούλες και ο κάδος συλλέγει αλλού την σκόνη και αλλού τα σκουπίδια. Αδειάζει πολύ εύκολα. Την συστινω ανεπιφύλακτα, value for money!!
Great disappointment – Quality below Miele expectations
I bought the Miele Boost CX1 expecting the brand’s well-known reliability, but after just a year and a half of use, it turned out to be a very bad investment.
The biggest problem appeared with the telescopic tube: the plastic end where it connects to the floorhead cracked and broke completely, with the material looking 'polymerized' and brittle. It is unacceptable for a device in this price category to show such wear on its basic components, something I haven’t encountered even in much cheaper vacuum cleaners on the market.
Furthermore, regarding performance, its suction power is at best mediocre. Despite meticulous and regular cleaning of all filters and the bin, the vacuum does not meet the needs of a household.
Unfortunately, this particular series (Boost CX1) does not honor the Miele name. I do not recommend it at all.

Αγόρασα τη Miele Boost CX1 περιμένοντας τη γνωστή αξιοπιστία της μάρκας, αλλά μετά από μόλις ενάμιση
χρόνο χρήσης αποδείχθηκε μια πολύ κακή επένδυση.
Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα εμφανίστηκε στον τηλεσκοπικό σωλήνα: η πλαστική απόληξη στο σημείο που ενώνεται με το πέλμα ράγισε και έσπασε τελείως, με το υλικό να δείχνει "πολυμερισμένο" και εύθραυστο. Είναι απαράδεκτο για μια συσκευή αυτής της κατηγορίας τιμής να παρουσιάζει τέτοια φθορά στα βασικά της εξαρτήματα, κάτι που δεν έχω συναντήσει ούτε σε πολύ φθηνότερες σκούπες του εμπορίου.
Επιπλέον, όσον αφορά την απόδοση, η απορροφητικότητά της είναι στην καλύτερη περίπτωση μέτρια. Παρά τον σχολαστικό και τακτικό καθαρισμό όλων των φίλτρων και του κάδου, η σκούπα δεν ανταποκρίνεται στις ανάγκες ενός σπιτιού.
Δυστυχώς, η συγκεκριμένη σειρά (Boost CX1) δεν τιμά το όνομα της Miele. Δεν τη συνιστώ καθόλου.
I'm speaking to you honestly, stay away from this vacuum! You will lose your money! It's the worst there is! Everything is terrible and the motor power dropped in two months. I've had it for over two years.
Σασ μιλάω ειλικρινά μακρυά απο αυτή την σκούπα ! Θα χάσετε τα χρήματα σας ! Ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει ! Σε όλα χάλια κ η δύναμη μοτέρ έπεσε σε χρόνο δύο μήνες . Την έχω πάνω από δύο χρόνια .
Amazing vacuum cleaner, powerful, sucks up everything, very good for tiled floors, equally good for carpets! The only downside is its wheels, many times they don't follow where you want to go.
Φοβερή σκούπα , δυνατή , ρουφάει τα πάντα , πολύ καλή για πάτωμα με πλακάκι , εξίσου καλή για χαλια!
Το μονο αρνητικό είναι οι ρόδες τις , πολλές φορες δεν ακολουθούν εκεί που θες να πας.
Good broom, really sucks well... But it is very heavy, and the construction on the sole sometimes pushes some dirt forward instead of sucking it up because of the bristles... However, overall a good broom. I don't regret buying it. It empties easily without making a mess...
Καλη σκουπα, πραγματικα ρουφαει καλα ... Αλλα ειναι πολυ βαρια, κ η κατασκευη στο πελμα καποιες φορες σπρωχνει καποιο σκουπιδι μπροστα αντι να ρουφιξει γιατι ειναι ετσι η βουρτες... Ομως συνολικα μια καλη σκουπα. Δεν μετανιωσα που την αγορασα. Αδειαζει ευκολα χωρις να λερωνει ...
