Solgar Alpha-Lipoic Acid 60 mg Vegetable Capsules contain a fatty acid naturally found in the body. It is soluble in water and lipid tissues and is sometimes used in combination with vitamins C and E. The body produces a small amount of Alpha-Lipoic Acid, but levels increase rapidly with the consumption of foods such as green vegetables and potatoes, or with the intake of a supplement.

Suggested Use: Take as a dietary supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) vegetable capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

• Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose)
• Vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose)
• Anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate)
