    It cuts well and relatively quickly, it needs about 20 minutes in water, and overall it is a very honest and effective stone.
    The 120 grit side is more durable and is its strong point; the 240 wears out much more easily and is worse quality with a questionable result.
    If it were all 120, it would be top.
    I haven't tried other Sharp Pebble,
    but this particular one is highly recommended and is ideal as a first stone.
