    First of all, regarding the previous review, I would like to add that this is simply a power strip and does not change the voltage. Devices from America and Japan are 115V and 90V respectively, obviously they burned out since we have 230V.
    The only thing this does is take a nice and legal socket and make it able to accommodate plugs from other countries. It only appears to work for devices with UK plugs, which are 230V like ours. And I say it appears to work because it CUTS THE GROUNDING (it doesn't even have it) and anything you connect to it becomes ungrounded, which is PROHIBITED by the law. It's very unfortunate that they have been granted import licenses for these, let alone selling them.
