    After a year of use, I have to say the following: in terms of cooling, it is excellent. It was purchased only for the living room, but it actually cools the entire house (70 sqm) in just a few minutes. It can't even be heard from the middle staircase and below... It's as if it's not even working, and the noise at high settings is extremely low. According to my DEI bills in the past year, it is incredibly economical. The mobile application has never crashed and it also provides extra features. Another positive aspect is its size, which is smaller compared to others. Unfortunately, when it comes to heating, things are exactly the opposite, which is why I give it 4 stars. In a house with brand new windows and good insulation, it fails to heat even the living room (30 sqm). Fortunately, it is not the main heating system in the house, so it does its job and more for what I need it for (cooling). In conclusion, if someone wants it for cooling, it is worth every penny, up to the last euro. However, if someone wants it for primary heating, they should probably go for a more expensive air conditioner. WARNING: This comment is regarding the 18000 BTU model and my experience pertains to the climate in Athens

    I have had it for 1 month, I bought the 18 for more warmth but it doesn't perform well at all at 21 degrees, it doesn't stop at all. And the house is fully insulated with an external temperature of 15 degrees during the day and 10 degrees at night, and it still hasn't gotten cold. I have no opinion on cooling. It is 45 square meters. Choose something else, not the 18 TCL. I will complete the comments, the machine does not have an internal filter but it has one on top, only TCL has this and it is the worst thing TCL has produced, so I opened the lid, the internal one, and I have it permanently open and it works very well now, it just needs constant cleaning since I opened the lid. Finally, the house is getting warm and it blows very hot air, but if you close the lid, its performance drops by 70%. Until May 4th, it has cost me 460€ with everything in the house, kitchen, water heater, so proportionally, the electricity bill is around 120€ for the cold month.

Connected directly to wifi through the app and has all the controls from your mobile. The 10-year warranty is a plus (be careful when purchasing from specific stores - partners of Tournikiotis).

    After a year of use, I have to say the following: in terms of cooling, it is excellent. It was purchased only for the living room, but it actually cools the entire house (70 sqm) in just a few minutes. It can't even be heard from the middle staircase and below... It's as if it's not even working, and the noise at high settings is extremely low. According to my DEI bills in the past year, it is incredibly economical. The mobile application has never crashed and it also provides extra features. Another positive aspect is its size, which is smaller compared to others. Unfortunately, when it comes to heating, things are exactly the opposite, which is why I give it 4 stars. In a house with brand new windows and good insulation, it fails to heat even the living room (30 sqm). Fortunately, it is not the main heating system in the house, so it does its job and more for what I need it for (cooling). In conclusion, if someone wants it for cooling, it is worth every penny, up to the last euro. However, if someone wants it for primary heating, they should probably go for a more expensive air conditioner. WARNING: This comment is regarding the 18000 BTU model and my experience pertains to the climate in Athens

    I have had it for 1 month, I bought the 18 for more warmth but it doesn't perform well at all at 21 degrees, it doesn't stop at all. And the house is fully insulated with an external temperature of 15 degrees during the day and 10 degrees at night, and it still hasn't gotten cold. I have no opinion on cooling. It is 45 square meters. Choose something else, not the 18 TCL. I will complete the comments, the machine does not have an internal filter but it has one on top, only TCL has this and it is the worst thing TCL has produced, so I opened the lid, the internal one, and I have it permanently open and it works very well now, it just needs constant cleaning since I opened the lid. Finally, the house is getting warm and it blows very hot air, but if you close the lid, its performance drops by 70%. Until May 4th, it has cost me 460€ with everything in the house, kitchen, water heater, so proportionally, the electricity bill is around 120€ for the cold month.

Connected directly to wifi through the app and has all the controls from your mobile. The 10-year warranty is a plus (be careful when purchasing from specific stores - partners of Tournikiotis).
