Woven alloys with epoxy coating are used to ensure protection against gasoline vapors and oxidation. The filtering material consists of cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil for better air permeability.

Advanced Technology:BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces BMC red filters. These are manufactured in a single piece without welded joints, avoiding the risk of breakage. This system comes from R&D in F1 and is crucial for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
