To L-Carnitine by Solgar provides the body with the important amino acid L-Carnitine, which helps convert fatty acids into energy, equipping the body with endurance and strength.
More specifically, L-Carnitine is essential for the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria through the cell membranes, where the fatty acids are used to produce energy in the form of ATP. Additionally, carnitine contributes to the removal of toxic byproducts of this cellular metabolism process.
It is taken as a special dietary food for adults, one (1) tablet daily with water or juice, between meals.
